It fails to provide either a contact number or website to ask questions or troubleshoot. Also, my secondary monitor blinks rapidly and repeatedly with it. So where do I go for help? Glad there's GeekSquad!

Could not get to work

Useful for presenters

I never know how old the projector/AV equipment the client's facilities will have and my new laptop didn't have a VGA port so this adapter allows me to not worry if the client has old equipment that doesn't have USB or HDMI ports. It's been a lifesaver a few times and the clients think I'm the bomb because I come prepared!
