The product works, period. However, the driver installation from the CD that comes with the device did not work. After trying about 3 times, I gave up and went to the manufacturer's web page and downloaded the driver from there. The product works for connecting two monitors via VGA cables to my laptop.

Bought this item as the easiest solution to create a dual monitor system. Plugged right into USB port and worked perfectly from the get-go. Using it to move multiple apps back and forth across the 2 monitors, depending on where I want to use a particular app. OS is Win7 Enterprise.

Does the job, yet does not transfer sound due to vga cable.

This product was easy to set up and install, the only downside is you can not have a similar product installed on your computer from another manufacturer. With that said I will need to return this product.

This is a decent add-on to a laptop or desktop in need of an additional vga input. It uses the host cpu and ram but shouldn't be a problem for most dual core or greater systems. I highly recommend it and I have 3 installed on my 4 screen workstation for my office.

Great product at a decent price. Does what it says it is going to do. I normally need to have a lot of windows open at work and this is great, lets me extend my desktop, so I dont have to keep minimizing things or shrinking windows to fit everything on the screen.

I have a Lenovo laptop and needed to add a second monitor. I have an old Monitor but my connections wouldn't work with my thin USB ports. This adapter did the trick and now I can use my old monitor to extend my display for spreadsheets.

Product works as noted and works well. However it does conflict with other device drivers if not used with same brand adapters. HP drivers have conflicts with this product.

This product did exactly what I needed. I have dual monitors at work and wanted to setup at home. It was plug and play. I love it. Now when I remote work I actually feel as if I am at my desk. And I did not have to open my computer to install.

First unit worked, but developed an intermittent in the USB cable. Caused screen flicker and ultimately corrupted the multi-display settings and video driver. Geek Squad repair needed. Second purchased unit is solid.

The USB product is designed to extend display to a 2nd monitor. However, I must unplug USB cable everyday to get the device to work properly. Otherwise it works properly.

This is by far the best USB to VGA adapter I have ever used. Other adapters are very slow. You will NOT notice any lag from this adapter. It is like having an extra video card in your PC. I use 2 of them for my 5th and 6th monitors!

I am using this to run a second monitor off of my suface 3. It works perfect! I paired it with the J5 - create 4-port USB 3.0 Hub - black for extra USB ports. Excellent products and they work seemlessly.

I needed a third output for a projection system for a "stage display ". Works as advertised - when used in addition to the regular display adapter for my iMac, gives us a third output. (Using ProPresenter on an iMac. YMMV)

I had to wait quite a while for service, and after I had asked for it. Once I got it, the process moved smoothly. Also, one of the products is not working properly now, though that might be operator error.
