Got the job done just what we needed no problems with it

Limited instructions included with packet. Had to go on-line to retrieve instructions on why the connection wasn't working properly. Should have been simple plug and play, but whenever I restarted the computer it would not recognize the connection.

I purchased a new tower and upon arrival I noticed no vga port. Rather than purchasing a new monitor I figured the adapter would suffice. Wrong...went out and bought a display port compatible monitor.

I bought this for my father so he could have a second monitor, but the results have been mixed. It may possibly be because his laptop has an i3 processor, but the use has been glitchy.

For Mac os Mavericks, had a bunch of issues including, bad display ( looked jumpy and pixelated) and would not recover the display if machine went to sleep. Don't recommend for Mac.

The driver for this adapter never worked properly with my MacBook...it caused the display to get messed up many times. Would not recommend.

I purchased the VGA adapter to use with a projector in my classroom. After 4 weeks the adapter stopped functioning. Regardless of the USB drive that I tried, the device would not work at all. The USB drives function with other products so I know it was not the drive. I returned the product and will not be purchasing another. For the 4 weeks that it did function the display quality was great and it was a 1:1 display.

The screen is pixelated and it won't reset. Next trying to get info from the disk to see if I'm doing something wrong.

Technically it works but constantly distorts colors of the monitor that it is connected to.

This adaptor caused my Mac to constantly crash. I would not recommend it to anyone.

not bad for presentations. videos don't play smooth.

I had a hard time hooking my iPad up to the projector. It also would freeze up.

After fiddling with it for an hour, I still can't get it to work.

I found help while looking for a specific item eventually. I told them I wanted to hook my laptop up to the Vision I had bought there months ago. They did not seem to know much about, but sold me this adapter saying it would work... it didn't.

We had trouble getting it and the computer to correspond correctly. Didn't feel like it was a quality piece of equipment, wish it had worked, would have helped us tremendously.... Oh well, that how it goes sometimes.

Had to replace 3 times as per warranty person contacted thaught it was defective. Resulting would not work with window 10 as it would not recognized the second monitor

This product came wiith software to install. Should be plug and play. Need to buy an external drive to install. Not a great way to do this when it should be plug and play.

Instructions look easy, but getting it to actually work is a whole different story. Doesnt work well with older computers.

if you are trying to hook your MAC book to a Television using this it will not work and will crash your program every time.

I have tried to use this on various different occasions in different locations and on different monitors. I hasn't worked on a single one.
