Purchased to make a dual monitor

Didn't work. Had to return for replacement.

Technician tried to help but finally decided the adapter doesn't work. Because it took me so long to call, I couldn't return to Best Buy. I will say that J5 is willing to replace, so I returned, which added to the cost. Very frustrating all around. Once I get the new one I'll be able to determine if the product is worth the hassle and whether I'd recommend.

Definitely not plug and play
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently broke the VGA port off my computer and needed something to fix the problem despite the box saying it's plug-and-play it is not waited 10 minutes and nothing happen so I just found a cheap graphics card for my computer for less than what I paid for at this adapter
