It works well most of the time but the wireless phone charger and laptop charger output doesn’t always work, about once a day I have to switch off the power supply and switch it back on.
Make sure your laptop’s USB-C port drivers and BIOS are up to date. Verify that the power adapter meets the dock’s required wattage (140W via PD USB-C)

This hit is ok, I could not figure out how to get video out of both hdmi ports. I’m only using one of them.

Horrible experience.. Purchased 9 months ago.
- Ethernet does not work. used to
-have to plug in/out for monitor to work
-customer support-none- they say call or use chat.After holding on for 30 min, they said leave a msg or chat. When I go to website there is NO CHAT!
-anything plugged into works sporadically- and I have 100w plug for it.
-Best Buy geek squad said hardware issue, but past 60 days to return to them
I do not recommend, very glitchy. wish I could get my $ back. I found an old hub (non J5) and used it and everything works fine, so its their hub issue
If possible, test the dock with another compatible laptop or computer to rule out whether the problem lies with the dock or your current setup.
Test the Ethernet with another cable and a different port on your router to see if the issue is related to the cable or the network connection.
Make sure your computer is running the latest update version.

Literally the best product I’ve bought all year. The wireless charger is actually very fast and there are just enough ports for all of your adaptive needs. I literally can not live without it. It helps me to integrate all of my technological needs.

I was worried about this working with my Razer laptop and it works. I have been using this Dock station for about 2 months and have had no issues with it. I didn’t even have to download any programs to make it work. The overall quality is great.

This is just what I was looking for! It allows me to connect my laptop to 2 monitors and has the bonus of wireless charging for my phone and AirPods. Very pleased.

Works as advertised. Need a power supply for best results. Powers the laptop and charges it well; connects my keyboard via usb and an external hard drive.
Allows attachment to my large monitor.

I love this product but it doesn’t always recognize the third monitor. If the computer goes to sleep, I’ll have to disconnect and reconnect it to get it working properly. I have a MacBook Pro that is only a year and a half old, so it should work fine.
