Not iPad compatible. This Docking Station makes a really loud noise as well. Everything online says that it should be plug and play and I was told by a Best Buy employee that it would be compatible and it's not.

It's a nice USB-C docking station, and the stand it comes with offers a space saving alternative if you need it. It advertises that it will wirelessly charge your smartphone.... IT WILL NOT. For the phone charging function to work, it requires a 65w power supply that is SOLD SEPARATELY. If you're choosing this product over another based on this charging feature, you'll be very disappointed - like I was.

The only hub (finally!) that's worked with my laptop and 2 monitors, with plenty of room for more.

Makes a low frequency humming noise while plugged in.. started happening after about a month. Otherwise I like it.

One HDMI port not working, I searched for an answer online. The only thing I could find was a thread about how this docking station needs more power? But an external power supply is not included with the docking station. The Docking makes a buzzing noise when under a load.

Product is really good and it's working as expected. It has advanced features and very easy to install plug and play.

It's a good product. Does make a low peeping sound. But I do like that it has a lot of ports.

Doesn't have the ports needed to support a laptop the way is required. Sales person did not listen to me.

Was easy to setup and download the software for it definitely free up a lot of USB port space on my laptop

I really like this product, however, I cant get it to charge my phone like it said it would. Besides that, its great.

Got this for Christmas, but didn’t actually set it up until yesterday. One of the HDMI ports doesn’t work, and Best Buy won’t take it back because it’s been too long.

Literally the best product I’ve bought all year. The wireless charger is actually very fast and there are just enough ports for all of your adaptive needs. I literally can not live without it. It helps me to integrate all of my technological needs.

Horrible experience.. Purchased 9 months ago. - Ethernet does not work. used to -have to plug in/out for monitor to work -customer support-none- they say call or use chat.After holding on for 30 min, they said leave a msg or chat. When I go to website there is NO CHAT! -anything plugged into works sporadically- and I have 100w plug for it. -Best Buy geek squad said hardware issue, but past 60 days to return to them I do not recommend, very glitchy. wish I could get my $ back. I found an old hub (non J5) and used it and everything works fine, so its their hub issue

Solid docking station. I like the option to have it standing or lying on its side.

It works well most of the time but the wireless phone charger and laptop charger output doesn’t always work, about once a day I have to switch off the power supply and switch it back on.
