Using this now and it works great. Connected to a 2k & 4k monitor. So far no issues. I have various things connected to a USB hub that plug into this and all devices work well.

I needed to use a 65w standard laptop cord with USB-C. I should have bought the dock with more USB-A ports.

Posted .The JCD396 requires a higher-wattage USB-C power adapter (like your 65 W laptop charger) plugged into the Power In port to properly charge your laptop and support the dock’s functions. A low-watt phone charger won’t provide enough power for laptop charging.
Do not recommend, due to quality issues.

The return/exchange policy didn't covered this because it was past the return/exchange policy.
