It actually felt like it didnt belong in the computer. Ethernet had to be periodically unplugged and re-plugged as the connection would stall out, despite indicating it was connected. Lastly, the USB-C In (charge input) is located next to the USB-C Out, which is very awkward for cable management.

Not too durable

Even swapping to a few other outlets on different computers did not show the device. I think the cable either has a short in it, or the cable is just not durable (although I keep it in a protected pouch when I transport it). I replaced it with a similar product on Amazon that was 50% of the price and haven't had any problems. Overall, would not buy again.

They can help troubleshoot the dock If it is found to be defective they can assist you with a product exchange if the purchase date falls within the 2 year limited warranty.
