Well some of the ports work. I want to return it but feel it’s too late at this point as I’m looking to buy another brand and hopefully with all the ports working. The USB C on mine doesn’t work at all. But if you like u should buy.

I purchased this to go with new MacBook 16' with macOS 10.15. Opened the package and there are 2 warnings for Mac users to download drivers first. There is also one warning that this does not work with macOS 10.15 I will have to return and continue looking for something that will work.

It works pretty much plug and play which is awesome. Tried on a mac and a pc and it worked great on both. It definitely runs a little bit hot. It's a little bit pricey for what it is. It should be a little more like 20 bucks less than the 59 dollar sticker price compared to elsewhere but the ability to walk into a store and grab it off the shelf is a value add.

This device is amazing helps me stay connected with my work. I have my headphones, keyboard and Ethernet connected. It’s small so does not take up space on my desk. Works extremely well. I am glad I chose to buy this from Best Buy.

Neat little hub for a decent price. has a variety of ports of all kinds and is decently small in spite of that. Only issue i have is that it could have had a longer chord coming out of it, since other hubs i considered dont seem to take that into account, and it felt like you could have put maybe one or two other usb ports on the side that has them.

I bought product because my new laptop computer only had a single USB-3 port and since I wanted to connect up some USB-2 devices (SD card reader, mouse, keyboard), this worked out well. I also needed the HDMI for a new monitor. In short, the product serves as a perfect docking station and integrates the various inputs seamlessly. I highly recommend the product.

Very satisfied with this product. Works great with HP Spectre 14 and HP Envy laptops. HDMI and network work great. USB ports are very convenient. Also has a usbc power pass through to power my spectre with existing charger using one usbc port 9n the laptop.

I bought this product for my new Surface GO which does not have the regular USB port. It came with only one adaptor to convert the newer USB 3.0 to the older type of USB port. I used all the features without any issue. What I like the most is that it is well built and it comes with everything needed for connecting a laptop to other devices. It is easy to connect cables to the different ports. I connect the HDMI to my TV and to a secondary monitor. With HDMI at 1080p worked with my TV, which is not a 4K. This is my first time using this type of product on newer laptops with USB 3.0 port. After many uses without issues, I recommend this product.

Performs as advertised. I like the compact size and the multiple connections in one place. Easy to take with you if necessary.

I bought this for my girlfriend's laptop about a month ago to get a couple of extra USB Type 3 ports for streaming purposes. It gets a little hot but it's not too bad. I've also used it on my Macbook Pro, which is probably where a device like this shines since it only has two USB-C ports. I used it to connect to my TV with an HDMI cable and it worked with no problems.

Hey guys! So, I got my hands on this j5create USB-C Multi-Adapter, and let me tell you, it's pretty awesome. It's this champagne metallic color, which is so trendy and chic. This thing has got HDMI, Ethernet, USB 3.1 Hub, and PD 3.0. It’s like the Swiss Army knife of tech. The HDMI is perfect for when I want to play my games or watch YouTube videos on a big screen. The Ethernet gives me super-fast internet speeds, especially when I'm playing Fortnite and don’t want any lag. And the USB 3.1 hub lets me connect other stuff like my keyboard, mouse, or hard drive. The PD 3.0 is a fast charger, so it juices up my devices really quickly.

This was an unresearched purchase in the store when I was buying an HP Spectre 360. This dongle works for across the board. I get a popup message each time on my laptop stating to use the factory power cable (annoying). It gives you two USB ports; good but not great (I would have preferred at least 3). Ethernet port tested fine. It has an HDMI port but I did not test it since the laptop has its own.

It's a very good product. Good quality and easy to use. It works with my laptop, I have a Mc book.

It was exactly what I needed and it works great. Good build quality. Worked right away after plugging it in. I did not have to mess with drivers or anything like that. It just started doing its job. This is fast enough to output solid hdmi display for everyday use. If you are using it on a device that is less than 5 years old, you should be fine. Anything older than that, make sure you have at least usb 3.0.

My new laptop is very thin, but has a limited number of ports. This stylish product adds everything I need and costs less than buying two or three devices to cover its functionality and takes less space when traveling than multiple devices. I love my new Microsoft Surface 2. It is much lighter and thinner than the computer it replaces, but it lacks many of the ports that I need to connect to legacy devices and HDTV's. The HDMI port worked great for my Power Point presentations. I can also simultaneously connect to Gigabit Ethernet. It adds two more USB 3.1 ports and a USB C power port.
