In the case where it is getting too hot and harming you, we recommend contacting the support team. An agent will determine if an exchange is necessary and if so, it will be done.

At least I get more USB ports

I then need to unplug the device and plug it back in to restore my network connection. Particularly annoying when presenting during meetings.

And it did, not one issue at all. Very handy, no loose connections, etc. If you need it, buy iy.

Monitor will not work with Lenovo Flex 15/yoga

Apparently no device including this one will work because the USB-C is data only. No one knew this in the store & support confirmed this. I even used a Lenovo product similar to this but the USB C ports do not support a monitor port unless it is a different product that has a video card and is plugged into the USB port (like the J5 USB3 JUA315. Otherwise the HDMI port is useless on this product (Lenovo is a big brand so this is disappointing). Plugging in power to the power port, updating drivers etc. HDMI port simply doesn't work for either of my Lenovo laptops. I tried this with the Lenovo USB-C Hub C109 that also has an HDMI port & same problem. Before you buy, make sure your PC's USB-C port supports video & not "data only."
