This is awesome. I now have two outside monitors hooked up to my laptop. Its pass through from my USB-C charger works amazingly well. I have been using it for a month with no problems

Extra plug ins saved the day for my monitors and laptop

This little Gem has all the ports you need for less than 1/3 the price of the VisionTek I have had for two years before it stopped working on me. Great buy!

Works perfectly, the only downside is that whenever I connect the power outlet that is partnered with this my monitors all go black and it has some type of reboot and my windows all go to my laptop and I have to go and reposition them to each monitor. This happens when I plug or unplug the power to the back where it has the USB C power in. It shouldn't do this if all I am doing is introducing power to charge my laptop, I am not giving power to the monitors or anything. This problem should be fixed The quality of the material is good, has premium quality material but there are some plastic components that feel a little cheap. When opening the compartment to plug in the cable to the laptop it makes a dramatic snap that at first if it's your first time opening this, you will think you broke it, but you didn't. Hinge to open could be improved to something smoother. Value is great, for the number of outlets it has and how it performs is great. Haven't found one with this many outlets.

We are using this on an HP laptop and it was easy to configure. You need to go get the driver, do not rely on Microsoft OS. Other than that it has worked for us. Also, buy from Microcenter since Best Buy has decided to not support small businesses that are resellers. I guess it is ok for them to make money, just not us.

Work perfectly with my laptop and two screens, but it will be better if the kid includes the power troughs the dock station, so not need to use my laptop power cable.

Easy to install, and it works. It connected to my laptop, allowing me to use two external screens, a wireless mouse and keyboard, and an external hard drive through the docking station.

I’ve been using this docking station for a few weeks now with my laptop and it’s never had a single issue. I love that it doesn’t take a lot of space either and I’ll be able to use it for more things if I need it in the future.

Great docking station. I have one for home and one for work. Connects to my 2 monitors and internet. Attach laptop if you use a laptop. It’s great has a couple usb to support everything need to plug it. Was simple to set up.

I was looking to use this product with my Pixelbook laptop but it wasn't compatible, this is the only reason its not 5 stars. I'm sure it works great with other devices thou. I have another j5create docking station for my Sony laptop and its great. That's why I purchased this hoping it'd work well with my other laptop.

I bought this to use with my laptop computer when I want to use a large screen. This was perfect for my purposes. It is sturdy, Attractive, slender and doesn’t take up much space and has all the right ports.

This docking station has allowed my laptop to utilize 3 additional monitors, additional USB resources and i cant even see it as it tucks behind my laptop. I would definitely recommend this product.

This sleek little dock station is a force to be reckoned with! Three extra monitors in addition to my laptop was what I needed. So much more to this work horse! Plus when I registered the product J5 Create sent me thank you gift link that I could choose from.

I needed a docking station for my MacBook Pro 14". This has more than I need, plus the price was fair on sale. I use it everyday and it works great!

Great product and was easy to set up and use. Was able to connect both displays with this.

We have 5 of these! I have one in my home office as well as one in my work office, one in my wife's work office, and for two of my employees who use laptops. They work great! Two things to be aware of. First, get a USB-C charger if you don't have one already. Plugging that into the USB-C port on the back will allow the USB-C cord coming out of the dock to provide power to your laptop. Second, if you have times when one or more of your screens stops working that's connected to the dock, unplug the cord from your laptop, then unplug the USB-C power cord from the back, then plug them back in. Typically corrects the issue. That's something that happens to me once or twice a week, but isn't a big deal to resolve.

The product works well. I haven't had a problem with any of the ports not working. It stays firmly plugged in. It's a little clunky to work with. I worry about breaking it when I open it to get out the cord. I'm not sure how to position my device in/against it while I use it.
