Not good for listening while driving in my experiences, I think it was a waste of my money, I tried using it daily because I drive frequently at my job, but it just isn't working, it falls out, when in and holding you can't hear the person next to you while conversing, so, I have to pull it out to listen to them, then put back in ear for phone calls, very inconvenient.

Frustrating to use, hangs up on calls, poor quality, short battery.

The pros of this headset: 1) Fits really well in the ear and is comfortable to wear 2) Both inbound and outbound sound quality are good The Cons: 1) Battery life is approximately 2-3 hours at best without using the charging base. 2) There is no power off function from the headset. The charging base is a necessity to powering off the headset 3) Best case range for my particular headset is about 10 feet before the sound quality is severely compromised 4) Battery life is not close to that of other competing headsets even with the base 5) Seems like it takes the device a long time to charge. Comparatively, I can charge my iPhone in the same amount of time vs. the base and earpiece 6) No option to charge the earpiece without the base Overall, this headset is pretty much useless without the base. I would recommend getting a headset that is not so dependent on having a base for basic functionality.

The sound quality on this bluetooth headset is very poor sounding. I would not recommend them to anyone at all. If your looking for a quality sound these are not the bluetooth to choose.

Hello. I purchased the Eclipse and the Plantronics Voyager Edge. They are both the same price. But the Eclipse is the smallest most comfortable, lightweight, and concealing fit.Voice at both ends is crystal clear and no noise all functions work flawlessly. The only con is short battery life other than that the Eclipse is my personal choice over Plantronics Edge which is larger, longer and less comfortable and does not stay in your ear that well without having to use provided over the ear clip. The Plantronics Edge is not as clear voice and you can hear wind noise, but does have much better battery life.

With smaller ears most head sets do not fit me, the Eclipse has different size EarGels so that anyone can wear it. Love the fit and it is very comfortable to wear throughout the day while driving, doing gardening, or out walking. Sound quality is perfect, we experience no bad quality in the sound whether talking on the phone or listening to music. Disclosure: I was provided a complementary Eclipse in exchange for my honest opinion of the product.

With the ear piece in your ear you can't hear anything when your not on the phone. It plugs your ear completely ! NOT GOOD!

After 2 weeks stopped working :( we really liked the way it looks but didn't do the work! We returned it...

I do a lot of driving and I need to have a good bluetooth with excellent sound quality and be comfortable when wearing for up 14 to 16 hours in a single day. This bluetooth Jabra Eclipse is by far the lightest and comfortable that I have ever owned. Also excellent sound quality on both ends of a conversation.I have owned many bluetooth from Plantronics, Motorola, Blue Ant, LG, Samsung and other Jabra models but this Eclipse model is by far the best all around in comfort, lightness, being heard and hearing others and it features work flawless and the Jabra Assist on my iPhone 6sPlus works perfectly.
