Great sound, poor battery life. Friends say I sound like I am in the same room, but have to charge multiple times throughout the day.

I like its light weight and the way it fits in my ear. Wish the battery life was better. Couldn't get it to pair with my laptop but it works great with the iPhone.

The Jabra earpiece has good crisp sound, very clear and very, very lightweight. Fits securely in the ear and does not fall out. Carry case provides up to ten hours talk time and carry case is not bulky.

Sound quality is okay to good. The rechargeable case is a nice feature. Small size and ergonomic fit are the best features. GPS location tracker of the headset can help find the headset if it is misplaced. Software updating of the headset is done wirelessly. Microphone quality is average.

I'm very happy with this headset. It's small, has a cool modern design, and works well in my loud work environment. Stays in my ear even while doing physical work and has good range.

While the headset provides crystal clear resepsion. It only last for three hours before it must be recharged by placing it back in its charger. The product advertises 10 hours per charge. The charger can recharge the headset 3 times before it has to be recharged. Very misleading!

With a selection of cushion sizes it fits securely in ear canal without an ear loop and looks stylish (to me, anyway). It has a long battery life as it only comes on when removed from it's small, round, cushioned magnetic base station, and base charges quickly. Volume, ignoring calls, etc are controlled by voice command after a double tap on the device. Jabra Service and Jabra Assist software (downloaded from the Playstore or Apple Store) was a little annoying to me at first as it is similar to Agent which I was already using. Both read out text messages, announce calls, etc, either on the earpiece or via car bluetooth while driving. Still need to compare them to see which will be better for my needs and uninstall the other so they don't compete.

This is the best headset I have ever owned! It's nice to have a way to keep the headset charged in the "pod" and have the ability to update the firmware directly from my phone. I have issues with other headsets that require firmware upgrades and require Windows to update them and then the drivers don't work so being able to apply the update directly from my phone is great. Over all the headset feels great in my ear and I barely notice it at all. Sound quality is very high. The only complaint I have is that the volume isn't loud enough for my taste but I prefer it very loud.

I recently started using the Jabra Eclipse Bluetooth (headset / earpiece) and was surprised how well the noise cancelling worked. The noise cancelling seemed to block out unwanted distractions and allowed for better clarity, even on a Bluetooth connection.

After all the other bluetooth headsets I've used, this isn't that bad. The recharging dock is a great little feature. It's pretty clear and loud, that even sometimes I have to lower the volume.
A few bad things:
1) Answering calls with the voice activation doesn't work as well, so I opted to just tap the ear piece to answer calls.
2) For some reason, there are times the bluetooth shuts off, so I have to tape the bluetooth icon off and back on again.
3) The range isn't great, when I have my phone in my pockets, there are lots of crackling.

The thing doesn't stay in my ear either the plugs are too big where they hurt my ear after a while or it is too small and falls out this thing needs to be able to wrap around the ear or something and the battery doesn't last long enough when it does stay where it belongs

I like the size and fit of the product. I didn't realize how hard it would be to keep it from falling out of my ear with out a connection around the ear lobe. If it wasn't for that I would have given it five stars.

Overall, this is a decent headset. However, for the price, I expected a longer battery life.(averages 3 hrs. talk time) Fits well in the ear and sound comes through clearly. One main feature is missing that I don't like: there is no "on/off" switch. It comes with a charging cradle that disables it once the headset is placed in it. People on other end of the phone call also say sound is great with excellent background noise cancelling. Would give it 3.5 stars.

I had the Bose headset before which was superior to this at the same cost. The Bose had better range by about 30ft and better sound for the people I call. I am disappointed with this headset and even considered returning it. I think I waited to too long.a second drawback, you can only charge it in its port. Third its battery life is only about 60% of a charge on my old Bose. I have to find someone that carries them so I can get another one.

The fit of the the Jara Eclipse is perfect, unfortunately that is the only good thing I have to say about it. The battery life is terrible and even using the charger only gives you about 7 hours of actual talk time. It take's a long time to charge and the sound quality isn't that good. I returned mine after a few days. See my next review.
