Pros/Cons as a user: Pros: Very clear with little noise when talking or listening Great in the ear Good professional look Cons: For right ear people and I am a left ear guy Living thru the right vs left ear thing and am very happy. I like to docking station that can be charged and keep your headset charged. Important in California :)

I have had this Bluetooth ear piece long enough to confidently say this is must have item. I've gone through a hand full of various brands both low and high dollar Bluetooths with a lot of disappointments. This ear piece is comfortable, loud enough, actually stays in place, and compact enough to keep in your pocket without even noticing it.

Sound clarity exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable even when wearing for extended periods.

This was an impulse buy! My current headset just broke, so I drove to the nearest BestBuy to find a replacement. I was really needing another car charger, so I needed to make sure one was included with the headset. The unit was on sale for $99.99 (including a car charger). Super easy to connect & excellent sound quality. However, not as loud as I would like. If you use this while driving (like I do), I need something clear & loud while driving safe. It was very clear, but not as loud.

I have a small ear and have tried about 4 different kinds of bluetooths. They have all been too big and hurt my ear after about 30 minutes. It was awful. I was about to give up when I went to Best Buy and asked what they had. I found this one - and I fell in love! It fits perfectly. I am so very thankful I was able to find one that fits my small ear. I don't know why other companies don't come up with something too!!

This product is pretty good with regards to being able to carry a conversation. But you can only wear it on your right ear...it is unable to configure for your left ear. You can do it...but when on the left ear, the control button can be a bit difficult to regulate. The worst part is when you are driving and trying to charge the earpiece in the charging station. Regardless of how hard you try to snug the earpiece into the charge station, the earpiece somehow jumps in and out of it's doc. When this happens it automatically connects with your phone. On a quick drive down the street to the store, my phone brightness up multiple times...bc it is connecting to my earpiece Bluetooth. Not only is it annoying to have your phone continually light on and off multiple times while driving...but every time this happens this means the earpiece is not charging. So it is very hard to fully charge the earpiece in order to get the full capacity of the battery. Unfortunately my issue didn't start until three weeks after purchase...7 days too late to exchange it or return it. Don't waste your money or time.

Light weight and fits well in ear, easy to carry around and had a recharges with it

I like the fit and finish of this headset but the negatives outweigh the positives. If I'm a few feet from my phone it constantly disconnects. The range is abysmal. Also the battery life is only three hours. You must put it back in the charger to extend the battery. I had an Jawbone Era which I loved but unfortunately I washed it in my washing machine and it's been discontinued. I wanted a discreet headset for work and this was it. Not worth the price.

Overall it's a very nice and sleek Bluetooth. Only problem , it doesn't sync like it should all the time.

It is a nice earpiece, only real issues is battery life. Better battery life I would have gave it 5 stars

Looks great, and is light. But... The earpiece only charges from the base, and the base is bulky to carry in your pocket. The volume is weak - turned up to max it was still hard to hear. I returned it 1 week later and bought a plantronics instead. I still think the motorola whisper is the best, and I decided to try something new. My bad.

It's a great earpiece that stays in place & has good reception. The microphone appears to work well also, as I have had no major complaints about people being able to hear me clearly. Definitely a good buy if you are concerned about yours & others safety while driving.

I like the fact that it is very small and works great.

I purchased several bluetooth headsets prior to this one. I purchased the LG Tone (top of the line) and Plantronics (a couple different headsets) and by far this one has worked the best for me. I like that I only wear it when I need it. It's comfortable, whereas the Plantronics was very heavy on my ear and caused irritation. The LG was fine, and I have owned others in the past, but again it had to be worn all the time. This one is small, compact and easy to fit into my purse or briefcase. The clarity has been fine and I've not had any complaints from callers on the other end. I use it daily for my business and I'm very pleased. Highly recommend it if you're looking for something light weight and removable.

Excellent build quality and size. My only complaint is the battery life, only 3 hours a charge. Case can charge up to an additional 7. I bought this headset mostly because of its size, and it fits very well in my ear and is hardly noticeable when wearing.

Very comfortable to wear still getting used to no buttons but I like the earpiece

This device was great at first. After about 2 weeks it lost Bluetooth connectivity and wouldn't pair with my IPhone. It felt great in my ear, was quite secure and sound quality was excellent for a single ear bud. Has great features but unfortunately I returned mine due to the connectivity.
