I like the fact that it is very small and compact however it is very touchy and sensitive and will go off or or at the slightest bump or touch.

I'm disappointed the over all time on the bluetooth is ony 4 hours my plantronic was 11...I prob will not be buying another Jabra

The review title says it all. The packaging would have you believe that you get ten hours of use which would be great if it were true. At about the 2 and a half hour mark the device lets you know you have 30 minutes of battery life remaining. To come anywhere the 10 hour time they claim on the box you must have the charging cradle fully charged and with you. Should you loose that cradle there's no other way to charge the device so keep up with it. I returned the device because it's too small and the charging issue was too much for me to overcome. But it is superior to any other Bluetooth performance wise that I've ever tried. And I have tried most al of them, it gives the Plantronics Edge a run for the money but doesn't quite overtake it for the reasons I listed above.

The device is always low on battery. If you talk most of the day. You will need to charge the device after each call.

Size and feel was great. Did have a problem with having to keep pushing it back in my ear and the sound of my voice was choppy to people I was speaking to. The sound received from the ear piece was great

I love it but i hate carrying around the egg in order to charge it or get more than 3hrs of talk time.

I like this Bluetooth, the mic is very good, although it's so sensitive that it answers the call when I'm talking in a conversation, very good mic compared to my last device.

I use it with my iPhone. It works great. It has clear sound and a good battery life. Very convenient while working out at the gym. I'm being very careful not to loose it. Excellent Bluetooth! Highly recommend it.

This earpiece is comfortable, light weight, clear to both transmission and receiver. I would highly recommend.

Love this headset. I have tried almost all of the top line headsets and this one works the best. Lives up to all of it's capability. I would buy this unit if I did not already own it.

able to hear music and conversation clearly. fits securely(has a suction fit) in right ear only so you are unable to change ears.

Stays in ear surprising good. You hear person talking to you and person you are talking to heats you. Sounds like you are not using a Bluetooth. Only problem is noise suppression, it has none.

I bought this blue tooth headset because I got sick of people telling me they couldn't understand what I was saying on my high end smart phone. As I started to use it I recognized all the advantages and how much easier it is to do things when you don't have to hold on to a phone. The only draw back I see is there is no way to charge the headset without the charging craddle. Misplace the charging cradle and you now have a very expensive useless bluetooth headset.

I have noticed that I often hear garbled feedback when I use this device. I do not use it on a daily basis though. It seems to depend on what APP I am using on whether or not I hear through the headset. For instance, I can listen to music through the set, but when I wanted to listen to and watch a friends message on the Marco Polo APP, the message came though on my iPhone instead even though I had just ended a phone call using the headset. It this an integration issue? I have smaller ear canals, so this size of this is perfect for my ear, in addition to it not have an over-the-ear piece to help it attach. I love that it is more like an earplug feel!

Very Comfortable, love sound resolution, but wish it could be worn in either ear. Overall very satisfied.

good audio quality, people I talk to say I sound OK. Noise cancelling from wind noise could be better, easy to use. I do find it uncomfortable after wearing it for an hour or longer. I've tried different size ear adapters but they are either too small or too large. I have also found that if you don't use it for a few days the battery in the charging pod is reduced to 50%. Over all I do like it , but it could use an update in design.
