Jabra was one of the first Bluetooth earpieces I bought 15 years ago it was fantastic then when I bought it I bought it from Brookstone I've bought five or six different models. I've been happy with all of them they do a great job with being able to hear clearly because I don't have great hearing and they block out most of the background noise the only time it doesn't work as well is with A lot of wind and you're outside normal background noise it blocks well and is very clear battery life is great charging is very easy it is very durable never had one break on me. I use them all day long

I was a little confused by this when I first opened it, as it functions via an app that you download. There were no "instructions" in the package except to download the app . . . and there they were! So, it was different and I wasn't sure if I would like it, but the sound quality is fantastic and people tell me from the other side that they can't tell it's a bluetooth. It stays charged for quite awhile and the handy charger/portal for it is easy to transport. In the end, I like it a lot!

Good looking Bluetooth, fits well in my ear. Sound clarity is awesome. Very disappointed with the battery's performance. I charge it all night and it only last for few hours. Overall, I'll still recommend it.

The design was quite sleek. But the performance was sub par. The device was not loud enough. It did not feel secure in the ear, despite changing the ear piece to a smaller size. Returned and bought a plantronics which I am extremely happy with

Jabra - Eclipse Bluetooth Headset - Black

This is a replacement for a Plantronics Bluetooth Headset that was beginning to experience poor performance, such that anyone I was talking to said it sounded like I was talking underwater. I typically do not purchase a brand new item, particularly without ANY reviews whatsoever. But I felt this could be an exception. While the Steel does work, albeit only fairly well, it is not quite what I was looking for. It is not real comfortable, although I will change out the ear bud to see if that helps. It has only been a week after all. Also, at least three times a day I get a message saying "disconnected", followed immediately by "two devices connected" (I do have two iPhones connected). I would not be happy if this was to happen in the middle of a phone call. Also not pleased with the charger connection; the little door/cover is very difficult to manipulate while trying to plug in the charger. I will keep using it in hopes that it improves.

It's very small and not bulky like most Bluetooth devices. I haven't had any problems with anyone saying they couldn't hear me. The only thing is I have to repeat commands a few times for it to respond.

Better overall quality than my previous Jabra. Good voice quality, small and unobtrusive. The pitfall is that it can fall out of your ear and it is hard to click the earpiece to hang up, etc.

My last blue tooth was a jawbone, and I really loved it. Compared to that, the ear buds do not fit my ear comfortably and even the one that's too large still falls out of my ear. It is constantly dialing random people while talking with Siri even though I didn't activate. The voice command to answer the phone also does not work. Way over priced for the quality.

I've owned Jabra in the past and my current Bose was stolen and seems to be discontinued. I wanted something small so I can wear it as needed for long period of time and the fit is perfect. It also has high quality sound and voice commands to answer which makes it convenient.

I broke my plantronic bluetooth headset and was looking to purchase a new set of headset. Never owned Jabra, so I decided visit the company's website and read up about the Eclipse, and also some reviews from other owners. I was still undecided. I knew that Best Buys had the 14 day return policy. What did I have to lose. I bought them and I must say that I am very happy with the headset. I like the fact that its compact and works well with my iPhone and Samsung Galaxy s7. I would have given it 5 star, however, the only thing that I don't like is that the device can only be worn on the right ear. But other then that, its a good product.

Battery is only good for 3 hours. Buggy. Range is not the best. A cheaper headset performs better than this. Doesn't stay in ear even with largest size in.
