They don't fit comfortably in the ear. They fall off and constantly need to be set back. Sound- the person you are talking to can't hear you nor can you hear them. Overall not a good product. Wish I could take them back but the store refused. I gave one star only because I had to.

Not what was expected

The biggest problem was they would slide back off my neck and fall off. The magnets were not strong enough to keep them from falling. Had to return back to store. Still looking for something better, my LG's would not fall off all day but were not water resistant. I work outdoors and sweat alot which ruined the LG's. I'll keep searching and reading reviews on others. Only had the Jabras for 10 days

I have not ran the battery dead yet. Phone call quality is very good. Music quality is also very good. These are the best headphones that I have owned yet.

This set is sturdier although the other set had more features. Also was able to get the extended warranty that is very useful. Good service from the Geek Squad also.

Don't waste your money

I've had MANY complaints that it magnifies every sound except me. CONSTANTLY sliding down my back. This will not stay in place!! I gave it two stars because it works well to watch videos if I'm sitting or laying down.
