Left on counter for another week. He went to try again and they came on...this time didn't turn off. Not impressed. Needless to say, he returned and got the same kind. We will see how these hold up.

I tried with every device different places but sound break badly even other people on the phone noticed too. Very disappointed!

Not the worst, not the best.

The sound was not super clear and the people on the receiving end heard more background noise than I desired. The earbuds were very comfortable. I am trying the 45e series because I believe Jabra is a good brand. Stay tuned.....

The Jabra Elite 25e earbuds can snap together for convenient cable management. If you play music, your music will be paused when the earbuds are snapped together. If you have an active call, the call will be ended when the earbuds are snapped together. Furthermore, the Jabra Elite 25e will power itself off after 15 minutes of inactivity. This feature was implemented to help you maximize the battery time of your headset. Regarding the background noise you are facing when on a call, we do expect that your callers will still be able to hear some of the noises in your surroundings, especially if you are in a busy environment. This is a direct result of the lack of noise cancellation on your Jabra Elite 25e headset.
