Bought on sale, and definitely glad I did. Good sound for mix of stuff -- Music, Podcasts, streaming radio, etc. Range is excellent-- still connected at opposite end of my condo. The ear tips take a bit to get used to, but work better once properly fitted. I've had some buds I couldn't wear because they were too painful of a fit before. These rest well in the ear, without needing a hook, feel good and don't fall out. One of the few ones I've seen with a mike. Lots of hidden button commands I'm still getting used to - like Redial. Love the adjustable band -- First one I've seen. I was attracted to the headphones because of the battery life. If I'm using wireless headphones, i could have 5-8 hours of playtime needed for the work day -- MORE if I'm going to the store or errands after work. Simply put, most headphones won't last a full day for me. My old phones have become a backup to these when charging. Only oddity is the magnetic on/off. The buds are magnetic and will attract each other when hanging down. But this is used as a on/off switch. I discovered in early use that if I listen with one ear (podcasts, talk radio , etc. while at work), the free bud could find something ELSE magnetic , like metal on my id card clip, and pause the playback. Easily cured, but for a while it was very confusing why the phones kept shutting off all the time.

Bought this 2 years ago for work. Practically wore them till they fell apart. My only issue was the buds would hang up on something when I wasn’t using them and the rubber ear piece would pop off. After my second reorder of the rubber ear pieces I finally dabbed a small amount of super glue and issue solved. Wish they would make the ear pieces retractable.

Comfortable, Generic ear rubbers, died in a day

I bought one of these before a business trip. Set them up in the car on the way to the airport. The egg-shaped rubber earbud seals are painful, but they accept generic rubbers so I was able to switch them out switch some I like better. They worked fine all that day, but the next day, while I was a a client's site and needed a little isolation from a noisy environment while I worked, they refused to connect back to my phone. I reset my phone's blue-tooth and network stack, and then they wouldn't pair. Sigh... At least they worked on the plane.

Product OK until I Need support

I do not usually review products, waste of time reviewing for consumer goods really, but this is principle and a 90$ pair of headphones. Long story short, they stopped working completely, did not turn on. I reached out to support, took over a week for them to get back, once they did there was about 10 follow up questions (including asks for pictures, descriptions, product numbers etc.) i did this, to which the responded, you need to go to our Warranty department, why waste my time collecting all this information then? go to the warranty, send them everything (there is a 6 month warranty on these product), they are now asking i ship them back with no explanation as to why. Their service people are nice, but nice doesnt replace my headphones, they need to change how their support is conducted and just replace or refund when necessary. had product for 10 weeks, 3 weeks have been broken and still going back and fourth with Jabra. oh...and the shipping label they sent is wrong. hope this helps.

Wanted to like them. I have used LG tones for the past few years. I stumbled across these as a warranty replacement as there were only a few options for around the neck design. It i has been under 3 months and I have lost 4 earbuds. They easily come off for something I only use for talking on the phone during light activities such as cleaning, shopping etc.

Hello Miintx - We were sorry to read that you had troubles with your Jabra Elite 25e. The ear gels on the Elite 25e are designed to "click" and lock into place so it is very unusual to hear that they fall from your headset and are lost. If they are not fastening properly, we suggest you contact us. You can call or complete the web form found on our website at https://bit.ly/2wIr6ln. We want to be sure you thoroughly enjoy your Jabra purchase! Thank you. Jabra

I had these less than a week before I lost them. They fall off the back of your neck very easily and i regret not returning before they became a total loss. Don't waste your money on them. If they fall off while you are listening you'll know. Otherwise, kiss them goodbye. Also they sound tinny as they lose battery charge
