Each earpiece is built on 2 piece that come together; and where the two pieces meet is not flush. when feeling with fingers it's easy to not notice, but when on the ears, the sharp edges that does not meet each other makes it pretty uncomfortable. The sound is ok, I had better expectations from this brand. I consider it not a good buy if not bought on sale price. the menu is not touch but a click button, which i wanted for gym use, but pressing on them for ie; next song, it would end up jamming into my ear

Other than that they worked fine.

I was expecting good quality from this company. Sound quality is poor, Hook up with my TV is awkward, volume has to be turned way up to hear it. And worst of all, the BT range is terrible. I need to be within about ten feet of my TV or the sound cuts out a LOT. I gave up on them. And I'm Danish and heard good things about Jabra. Very disappointed. I ended up getting a much cheaper pair from another company and they work great.
