If you have not already, we hope that you will consider mixing and matching ear gel sizes. This may help as no two ears are exactly alike. Always buy the warranty. I've gone through about 6 pair now. They always work great for the first 6mo, but then the quality fades fast. The songs start to get quieter and quieter until you can't even hear them any more. Same result, every pair. They probably cost less to make than the price of the warranty because you WILL take these back at some point in the first year. These are low-quality at best. I loved them while they worked, and in their defense I'll say the battery lasts a good long while, I loved that. The connectivity was also pretty solid, but they just don't last. Do not waste your money. You will have to replace them.
