To Jabra's credit, the replaced them each time, but it's still a hassle. Sound quality and performance on these little guys were great - awesome battery (both buds and case) and ANC. Stayed in the ear well and were so good I could use them in the shower. Now the case stopped working and I had to submit a ticket and since Jabra doesn't make them any more, I had to get a set of Elite 10s.

I didn't end up keeping them but I really wanted to. Everything about them is excellent. They look great and feel great. Very durable. The microwave was good. I just felt like another pair of earbuds that I kept actually sounded better. These sounds good! They aren't bad. If you aren't comparing to any other experience you'll definitely keep them and they probably sound better than most. Because sound was the main criteria for me. I opted for what I thought sounded best but these are built much better

Meets expectatiosn and then some

I run bicycle and when in office use rowing machine and take phone ans video calls. These do it all ans sound waukity is excellent along with microphones for dictation. Just fit and position took a little figurei g out but after that zero issues. Sound quality and app are excellent. It actally has buttons. None of that touch and miss stuff

Absolutely no buyers regret

You may find other earbuds that each do something slightly better, but there are NO other earbuds that do everything so well.

The call audio is significantly better on these, and the hear-through mode is much better as well. It lets you hear cars and stuff around you without blasting your ears with every little sound. Having some issues with it restarting every so often, but hopefully it just an issue with this pair.

Great specs, just “meh” performance

When I read that they plan to exit the consumer market next year I figured I’d give their “swan song” earbuds a shot as my luck with previous Jabras had been great. These buds, however, despite their “military grade” specs seem to have been designed with inferior sound-blocking/sound-filtering technology. In the gym, the “noise” that would come through (no matter how loud I played the music) just made them absolutely unenjoyable to wear. And yes, I made sure the fit was snug and that both buds were properly “sealing” in my ear canals. Design wise these are a winner. They seem well constructed. The case is nicely designed. I’m not sure about that Bluetooth passthrough feature the case has because I didn’t get the chance to use it. In stark contrast, my Bose in-ear buds immediately squash the outside noises so I can enjoy the full rich sound that these in-ear buds are meant to deliver. I reluctantly returned the Jabras.
