This was a good headset and great connectivity, but went with the Jabra 75 with Noise cancellation instead. The 75 is worth the extra money for comfort and performance. Especially the voice recognition.

Absolutely no complaints. This unit works very well, and is quite comfortable wearing it all day. You can't go wrong buying this.

We spend a lot of time on the phone and work off our cell phones via bluetooth. These headphones give us mobility and great sound.

This was an excellent headset but sadly it did not work well for me because it simply did not want to work with Microsoft Teams. Each time I was sharing a screen with one of my team members, it started a dial tone as if it was expecting me to dial a number. After 30 seconds, it hangs up and in turn ends my screen sharing. I HAD TO BE on a call with that person in order to screen share. I even called IT about this and no resolutions were found. I also was never able to get into my WebX meetings and so it just became a major hassle and I had to return them.

I like the fact that Bluetooth pairing takes place instantly for both my laptop and my mobile phone, and that I can take calls easily while working. JABRA's industrial design has always been first-rate, ever since their first Bluetooth mobile headset came out of San Diego in 2001.

The Jabra Evolve 65 continues the successful Jabra lineage of communications headsets. I have been very pleased thus far. Pairing via BT 4.0 is quick and easy. The connection remains strong for all uses I've attempted. I'd rather have BT 5.0, but 4.0 is still fairly common, even with new devices. I note, many older office phone systems do not have a BT connection. But, for those that do, you will be pleased with the audio quality of the Evolve 65. They can be paired with any device (phone, computer, tablet, etc) that uses BT. Note, the Evolves also have NFC built in. Callers on the other end of the line said I sounded amazing clear. Likewise, the sound was clean on my end of the calls, too. I paired them with my cell phone to test calls and music. They are functional for listening to music, but they are not going to replace any premium headphones you may have. I view the ability to stream music through them as a nice bonus, not a primary feature. These are relatively light weight, which helps in terms of being able to wear them throughout a day of work. The boom mic is fairly large but does not get in the way. The magnetic keeper built into the headset is a nice touch, but the mic does tend to pop away from the magnet pretty easily. The Evolve 65 is designed as an on-the-ear device, so the pads are smaller. By design, this also allows you to hear more ambient noise. Any noise cancellation is passive in nature, rather than active. That can be a good thing if you need to be able to hear what's going on around you, or it can be very distracting if you need absolutely no interruptions during a call. All-in-all, these are very good for the purpose I have for them.
