Overall, I really love the Jabra products. This is the second one I have owned, I love it. It has very clear voices, my caller's can hear me perfectly, it's small in my ear, so it doesn't bug me. It sync'd to my Iphone 5 perfectly and was able to use the product right away. This product also came with an additional car charger adapter in case you talk too much, like I have been known to do from time to time and that really saved me. Great for those emergency charge-ups if you don't have your wall charger from home!! It's a little higher priced than your average bluetooth's but all in all in, Jabra makes a great product and it's worth it.

This could be a great product, it's light weight, the sound is fantastic as is the noise cancelation, fit is comfortable BUT it will not keep a connection with my phone and after a month of having it I had to get it replaced because it stopped working. I would not purchase again.

It very light, easy to use, with good sound quality. The bad point is battery time is not stated and the clip is not that good.

This unit has very good sound quality. It holds a charge for a long time. Its easy to use. The only reason it is not a full 5 stars is merely for cosmetic reasons.

This headset is lightweight and easy to set up and use as well as comfortable with very good audio.

the hands free device is great. It speaks and lets you know that the battery needs to be charged. It lets you know when the ear piece is connected to your device. the ear nub that come with it is kinda hard so it hurts my ear. But it comes with additional attachments and can be changed out to another size to fit comfy. I later realized that i was not wearing it right, meaning it was not positioned in my ear correctly so maybe that was the cause of the discomfort. In any event this was a good buy for me. hands free is great when driving!!!!

I use this every day and the sound quality, battery life, and weight are awesome. This is based on connecting to iPhone 6 Plus so your experience may varies with Android or other non-iPhone phones.

I like the fact that I can have 2 phones connected at the same time being that I have a work phone and personal phone on me everyday. The only negative thing about this Bluetooth is sometimes it disconnects from one phone and reconnects. But beside that this is solid ear piece for the price.

Love how simple this is to operate. It charges quickly and holds the charge for a great amount of time. The weight of it is also amazing since normally I don't like bluetooths because they are too heavy on my ear.

The buttons ar easier to use than the prior models. Connects very easily to my phone. Has good sound quality. The person on the other end does not seem to have sound problems or back round noise. Take the time to choose the right ear bud for a more comfortable fit.

I'm still learning on how to use it but I like it. It also has great quality in look and sound. Fits great in the ear with different applicable sizes being small and out of the way.

This device is everything you would expect from this manufacturer except one thing. The volume, it just isn't loud enough. The noise cancelation is very good, in fact it is so good that I have had people think I hung up just cause I was not talking, and that with the windows down on the freeway. Voice dial, answer, and ignore all work 98% of the time. But really just louder is all that it needs.

I'd been looking for a small, lightweight BT headset for the office, and decided to try the Extreme 2. Couldn't be happier. Its small, light, has great sound and last nearly a week on a single charge. Comes with a bunch of useful charging accessories. I was so happy with it, I bought another for home use.

I bought this to replace my motorola bluetooth that the sound kept messing up on. This one isn't too bad right off. It's pretty comfortable and has good quality sound. The few things I don't like about it since owning it is that the battery seems to only last about 4 hours on a charge, and when I opened the box, it didn't have a wall adapter. I went on their website and found out I was missing it. I haven't gotten a replacement one for it yet. It does come with a 12V outlet charger for the car. Overall it's not a bad headset for the price.

Hello out there in Best Buy land. This is a very decent earpiece for the money. Very clear. easy to work with long-lasting battery. The only thing that I would do differently was to come up with a small case so you don't lose it that's the problem with these earpieces. But overall I would definitely recommend this product
