Customers are impressed with the Extreme2+ Bluetooth Headset's sound quality and ease of use. Many also appreciate its comfortable fit and lightweight design, while some found the price reasonable for the performance. However, a recurring concern is that the volume could be improved, and some experienced connection issues. The battery life and Bluetooth connectivity received mixed reviews.

I owned the previous identical looking model for 4 years until the battery began to fail and liked it so I bought this as a replacement. It is $30 less than what I paid for the previous one and has a better microphone, etc. Great deal.

Unit works good and has a fair wind noise resistance. But the ear plugs are uncomfortable for me (maybe to large) and you have to use the ear loop to keep the headset in place. Which adds to the discomfort.

Volume is lower than speaker on phone or ear buds that came with phone. The earpiece does not stay in ear canal very well, unless use the over ear loop.

With my last Bluetooth, I could walk further away from my phone than I can with this one. This one also does not tell me how many hours I have left at startup

I bought th is as a present for someone that had not used a bluetooth ear piece before but need one to get away from only driving with one hand on the steering wheel. Works as promised and she drives with both hands now!

Had another brand of BT device for my phone that lasted for years and when it finally died, I wanted to try something new. I read up on the Jabra - Extreme2+ Bluetooth Headset and choose to get it. I love the clairity and style.

If you use the hook to go behind the ear, after a few minutes, it starts to hurt. And the volume is very weak. But it does have great range.

The rubber part that sticks in your ear is way too big and very uncomfortble. But over all the quality is good. Hopefully in the future they will offer different sizes. Also different softer rubber materials.

This may work for you if you have small ears but for me, the amount of work it took to get the piece in place and the constant unsettling feeling that its not right was itatating to say the least. Maybe it will work better for you. The sound quality was great if I held the earpiece in with my hand but otherwise, it wasn’t loud enough to hear. It just didn’t fit right. I fused with it for a while and gave it a good try. Good luck.

Love this device. I was looking for a Bluetooth that would connect to both my phone and iPod at the same time. This product works great. Con occasionally it will disconnect from my phone and is hard to get reconnected

My neighbor bought this one and loves it. Convinced me to get one because I'm always driving. Able to call, text without having to look at my phone. Use Google Assist for my voice commands, works great.

Comfortable & has noise cancelling feature. Love it. I have used many others over the years and this is by far the quietest. My customers can hear me without all my equipment background noise.

I'm not sure if its both of my phones or the earpiece, but all media and notifications come though at a normal level. However the phone calls come in at 1/2 the volume of the media.

Only one size ear piece for the behind the ear option, with no additional optional attachment sizes. Not all ears are the same. It's a great piece, just did not fit my ear.

I am pleased with this headset. It does what I intended it to do; I wanted one that could work with two devices at the same time and do audio/music during off time of not being on the phone.

Not great, but for the price it does a decent job. I did get some complaints about the sound dropping out from people that I was talking to
