When I run the cable that connects them sometimes "sticks" To me neck if I turn my head fully but that might be because I have it pulled snug. Still barely an issue.

While I had my phone in my hand and it was OK at best, but dropped connection still. I put the phone in my pocket and got drop outs just about every step taken.

Sorry to hear about your issues with drop outs and the Jabra Sport Coach. It's difficult with BT technology. When it's in your pocket (depending on the pocket) the signal will need to go thru your body. We suggest putting the phone or device in an arm band on your right arm since the antennae is on the right ear bud. Same could be true for your phone being in your hand depending on where your antennae is located on your phone.

I returned the first pair to Jabra bc they wouldn’t charge(6 months old). The second pair made it 2 months. I would not recommend these headphones. I have read lots of complaints about the charging issues. I guess I’ll send these ones back and then wait another month to get a new pair. I would rather just get my money back then deal with them again. Overly frustrating.
