Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Sport Coach Wireless Sports Earbuds for their excellent sound quality, comfortable and secure fit, and lightweight design. However, some users have noted that the battery life could be improved, and there have been reports of Bluetooth connectivity issues and occasional volume limitations. Many found them comfortable to wear for extended periods. The price point was also generally considered reasonable.

Great sound, they actually stay in!

I was sent the Jabra Sport Coach earbuds to try and love them. I have really small ears and have had trouble finding anything that both stays in and is comfortable. These are both and I wear them not only to workout but just at my desk while I'm working. The sound quality is fantastic and they don't jostle around at all in my ears. Very comfortable, and I had them set up to use within a few minutes (without even reading the instructions!). I am still working on using the app more (I mostly like to listen to music with them) but I love that you can easily track your workouts (duration, distance, etc) and having a coach right in my ear. The wireless feature is a huge plus. I was always getting tangled in headphones. These are great! I use mine every day!

As a fitness fanatic, I need a wireless earphone that will stay in place even during the most active of movements. I've had problems with fit on other models (such as Beats) but these stay in great even during a high impact run. The sound quality is good and the battery life is as good or better than promised in the product description. Sometimes I get interference with the bluetooth, but I've had that problem with every earphone I have tried so I can't fault Jabra for that.

    Great Wireless Headphones

I previously owned a pair of wireless headphones that were heavy and always fell out of my ear while I was doing activities, such as running, weightlifting, and etc. With the Jabra Coach Wireless headphones none of that was a problem. It's light weight, has different sized earpieces to fit you, comfortable, the sound quality is great (the only thing that will beat it are noise cancelling Bose headphones, which are $200+). Overall it's a great product for athletes who want a great wireless headphone without worrying if it'll fall out of your ear and cause a nuisance.

They fit well right out the box but the added ear cushions allow for correct fit. The audio is not supposed to be like a music studio but while on a 13hr flight I listened to several different genres, all high quality recordings. The sound was very good and maybe not by design but they also helped with noise cancellation probably due to the tight fit. The battery life could be better but for the size it's a trade off. I was able to sink them up with many BT devices and the range is very good. I primarily use these in the gym, mountain biking, running, and times when I'm stuck waiting. The integration with fitness apps is average but this is a limit of the app not the buds. The mic and call quality are excellent too.

So far as exercise headphones in this price category go these were by far the best. More comfortable than any sports beats (and yet to fail due to sweat which beats usually do in a week) much better sounding than the jay bird. Only drawback is control, they are not as user friendly as some others.

If you got the Harry Potter reference, one of those gold stars is for you. I have rolled through many ear buds and gallons of ear wax. To date, my first pair of Jabra was the best so when I lost my last two pairs, I went back to the brand. So far these haven't shorted out with my excessive sweating, they don't shock my ears like the cheap brands usually do, and I hear things through them. Sound quality is definitely improved with these over the other brands I've used. If they cease working or betray me I will immediately resign my position as Best Buy's premier random reviewer for points.

Very happy with these earbuds. I had trouble finding an earbud that would fit comfortably and securely in my ears until I bought these. The design with additional piece that fits into the bottom of the ear helps it stay in place. Gone are the days that I am constantly adjusting earphones to make sure they stay where they are supposed to. The Bluetooth is easy to connect and the connection is stable. When I watch videos on my phone there is no delay in the sound. Another thing I'm very happy about is that all of the manual controls on these work with my Android phone. It seems often that devices like this will function completely with an iPhone, but will lose some functionality with an Android device - everything works as it should with my phone (Galaxy S5). Battery life is decent. Though when it tells you that battery life is medium, you should probably go ahead and recharge because it could run out of juice sooner than you'd expect. The sound is great, though I'm no audiophile. The most important criteria for me was a good fit and functionality. One thing I think they should include, but don't, is a clip for the cord so that you can secure it to your clothing. The cord length is short and it includes small clips to organize the cord, but not attach it to a shirt collar, etc. Luckily I had a clip from another device and it does the job.

Purchased these for exercising, I was tired of wires interfering and getting caught and pulling ear buds out of my ears. The sound is great and they fit well. Easy to use and listen to music.

    Weak Bluetooth & Fall Out

    |

I returned mine for the following reasons: - Bluetooth: The BT connectivity skipped when my phone was on my left arm (the earbud BT receiver is under the right earbud). I had to wear my phone on my right arm to get skip-free music. - Fall Out: The earbuds came out when I turned my head to look for traffic. I couldn't get them to stay in although they were comfortable. (See full explanation below.) Fall Out Explanation: Most comments will claim that the earbuds falling out is just because you used the wrong size of gels. I tried every combination of ear gels (12 combinations in all) and had the same issue with all of them. The issue is that when you begin to sweat the cord that runs behind your neck grips your neck when you turn your head. This pulls the bottom of the earbud back which is how they're designed to come out. This happened in both configurations for tying the cord behind my neck even if I left the cord fairly loose. Note: I got these after trying the Jabra Sport Pulse. I couldn't get the Pulse HR Monitor to work with a Windows Phone, so I thought I would just use the Coach version. Had the same connectivity and fit issues with the Coach as well as the Pulse versions.

These buds fit great and stay in my ears during fast workouts. Some adjusting in the ears is needed to get the full bass from them, but once you find the sweet spot the sound is great.

I got this set of bluetooth headphone after accidently washing another set of bluethooth headphones from Jabra (Pulse). I've had the Jabra Coach headphone for only 14 days and I've already had to submit a warranty claim with Jabra. Customer Service was timely, although not prompt, and I recived my replacement headphones 1 week later after filing the claim. With that being said, I don't mind these headphone and they are great for use in the gym and while running and don't fall out. I'm looking forward to using the send set I was sent.

The wireless headphones are very convenient because I do not have to worry about wires bouncing all over while working out. I would not recommend for use outside because of the noise cancellation. I do not feel comfortable wearing them outside because I cannot hear any noises around me. I am very pleased with the battery life since it lasts several hours and it warns you when the battery is low.

I've gone through a lot of different ear buds. I use them in the gym, & around the house. This is my first Bluetooth style buds. Love the wireless freedom. However, the connecting wire for the buds does get annoying because of the stiffness of it. I find it slipping to one side or the other or twisting up & pulling on the ear buds. The buds themselves fit decent. I would have thought they would fit better with all the different options for fitment. I've got them fit the best I can and still find them coming loose when I lay down on a bench or get into some intense plyo movements. The sound quality is only decent & the volume is limited. I understand the limit for ear protection...but my hearing is bad already...so, I'd like to be able to adjust them up a bit more. So, overall...for the amt. Of money these cost...I would say not worth it. They should be a better product if they are going to cost this much.

Bought these in exchange for a set of Klipsch ear buds. They have better cancelling effects then the new style Klipsch bit bulky won't fit a helmet nicely. But sound good do an decent job at dulling ambient noises. Get quite loud and still last the 5 hours they're advertised. The blue tooth range is around 50-60 ft. Haven't used the app that came with it yet though.

Kept me pumped while in the gym. Battery life could be improved slightly (expect about 5-6 hours). I enjoyed the sound quality. It stands up against my sweaty head while running and cycling. The coach feature is an added benefit.

I am still in search of the best wireless earbuds but have not found the perfect pair. The Jabra - Sport Coach is a good pair for the price and the sound is okay. My biggest issue is the ear buds don't hold the charge for very long. If you are using these ear buds for 60 to 90 minutes daily then they should be okay. The ear buds are light weight and fit comfortably in my ear.

I struggled with many different sports earbuds in the past because they weren't actually sweat proof. I had a terrible experience with my powerbeats 2 (and you can find my review on that product's page). But I'm loving the Jabra. They fit perfectly, have a great sound and they are lasting far more than any previous models I owned. If music is an important part of your workout - no matter what sport you're into - I definitely recommend these earbuds.
