It's been great until yesterday the 25th of April 2017. It won't take a charge and the only customer service I am getting from the manufacturer is an email that they say "may" be answered within 2 business days...waiting to hear back if they'll honor a return or stick me with a bad product.

Called Jabra for warranty...Stated that it’ll take 5-7 business days for a replacement once approved. Will append review following warranty experience I also have the elite 65t- I’m praying those last for a long time due to cost. Will review after a few months.

The product was great for the 4 months it worked. Jabra's customer service is overseas and very difficult to understand. They say they will start the warranty process....stay tuned for further updates
