Bought Jabra Sports Pace a little over a year ago. They have OK sound but not great, many connection issues with iPhone 6. Had first unit fail after 6 month, would simply not turn on or charge any longer. Jabra replaced unit under warranty, but second unit failed again after 6 month. Same symptoms, almost like clockwork. Just outside warranty period, therefore no replacement by Jabra!!! I'll never purchase anything from Jabra again, since their products are highly flawed, unreliable and Jabra doesn't stand behind their product.

I purchased these for my daughter as a Christmas gift 2015. They will no longer power on for no particular reason. Jabra offers no support on how to repair them, declined any warranty replacement because they were 2 weeks outside of the warranty. Was thinking about purchasing a 2nd pair for myself because she liked them so well, but I will not be doing that now, or ever. Forgot to mention that i paid a premium price for these because I thought they would last longer than 11 months.

Waste of Money

These earbuds sound bad and they fall out while working out (very flimsy ear mounts).
I got myself a pair of the Skull Candy Method Wireless now and they're awesome. They sound incredible for the money, hold a charge, they're sweat resistant, and stay in place very well while working out. Plus, I can place my phone about 30 feet away and still have a great connection while completing circuit training with heavy equipment in the path between my phone and the earbuds.

So I am going to be going on my 4th replacement of these Jabra sport pace earphones. Thank goodness for Best Buy warranty. Every pair after only a month or 2 of use gets a solid purple light and they won’t work anymore won’t charge or turn off or on. If you wanna have to replace these every month or so go ahead and buy them but your gonna be disappointed. Btw I use these during heavy workouts with lots of sweat.

Brand response from Jabra

Hello Hcook1369 - We were sorry to read that you are experiencing troubles with your Jabra Sport Pace and we apologize for any inconvenience. The Sport Pace has an IP54 rating, which means that it is resistant to water splashes from any direction. If you experience a higher level of sweat than most, you may want to consider something with a higher IP rating, but the Jabra manufacturer's warranty covers you for up to three years after the date of purchase if registered through the Jabra Sport Life app. Thank you.

I used these once and they were great. I charged the, after using them. Then the next day, they would not turn on. I got one use out of them and they quit.
I exchanged for some sport JBL's which I like so far. I was going to go with Beats instead but IBest buy doesn't offer protection plans with beats anymore (because they go out so much)
Do yourself a favor and go with another Brand that you can trust. Stay away from these.

They worked for 30 seconds, then quit. They will not sync with my Samsung Galaxy 6S. They will not hold a charge. I charged them for at least three hours. When I tried to turn them on . . . nothing. I had to get online to even find out how to turn them on because that was the one thing the enclosed instructions and app didn't include. Just poorly put together. The app has horrible reviews on google play store.

The headphones work just fine and honestly I really liked them but then one random day they just didn't turn on. I have Geek Squad protection so I got a replacement. The second pair now won't turn on and when I connect the charger the lights flash back and forth but that's about it. Both of the headphones lasted around 3 months. I am an active person so I treat headphones well, that's an investment but I won't be buying this pair a third time.

If you are buying these for music than I wouldn't buy these. 0 bass. I was waiting for it to start putting out at least a little bass and nothing. And volume doesn't go up loud at all. I'd say 70% from what I'm use to with my wired headphones If that. I got a deal with these and got these for around $25 and I'm still going to return them.

I have been using these once or twice a week for less than 6 months. They did the job until complete failure. At first it appeared they were having a problem charging. Now it shows a fully charged battery but they will not turn on. Completely toast!

I used mine for working out at the gym. I figured an $80 set of headphones would be decent. They lasted for one year, similar to what other reviews have stated. Super disappointed. I'm done with Jabra. I'm going to go with a different manufacturer.

They don't recharge! Second pair and they don't recharge. When they lose power I plugged them in to charge and no lights turn on. Don't waste your money. Jabra junk!

These were my first pair of wireless earbuds. After 1 month, maybe about 8 uses, they no longer would charge. They simply stopped working, just like that.

I use this when I run and go to the gym. I purchased it in February 2016. It stopped working 3 months later. Jabra replaced it with a brand new one at no cost to me. My second pair does not turn on after 2 months. Jabra is in the process of sending me a 3rd one. Keep away! For the price, I expect it to last at least 1-2 years.
