    Feels good, voice quality bad

Definitely one of the more comfortable bluetooth headsets I've had but the voice quality is terrible. I used to have a Motorola Boom and I could speak normally and whoever I was talking to could hear me as if I was standing next to them. But when it broke I decided to try something else, so I bought the Storm. With the Storm, I find myself yelling and repeating what I said constantly even when I'm in a quiet location. People are constantly saying, "I'm sorry say that again? I can't really hear you. Am I on speaker or something?" Super comfortable, but what good is comfort if the quality is bad?

Battery life is good. Volume lacks a little. Wish it were a little louder. It's comfortable for short periods of time. Lacks controls to hang up.

Bought this Jabra Storm to replace my old Jabra Wave. I had purchased another Wave that constantly went fuzy so tried the Storm. The Storm works fine but I like my old old Wave (that I've been taping together for years) better. Weird that a new item isn't as good as a super old worn out one. The ear bud on the Storm is larger and slightly different than the Wave, but I was able to get used to. The talk time seems to be about 4 hours, way shorter than my old Wave in its hayday. I think I used to get about 7 hours. So now I have to have both with me to complete my normal work day. My phone is often in my pocket so the "answer phone, say yes or no" makes answering easy when I can't get to phone. It doesn't announce who or the number that is calling like the new Wave did, so u r answering blindly. In all, it is an adequate earpiece. I've always preferred this Jabra style since it feels secure on my ear; I am in constant motion all day long, sometimes jogging and this style earpiece stays on.

Has great battery life but no range at all. I owned a Motorola before this and that had great range, but microphone kept busting off, so I gave this a try. It also doesn't say who the caller is, but not an issue sense you have to be so close to your phone.

Takes adjustment to earpiece in ear. Lost two earpeices holders before I got used to it. Fortunately, I found earpieces from previous Jabra, which I lost b/c of difficulty with earpiece. Love "Find my Jabra" feature in registration.

I drive truck and have to have a Bluetooth while driving. I prefer lightweight headsets compared to the blue parrot over the head types. This headset had decent audio quality for myself but the reception is poor and anyone I spoke with couldn't hear me. Picks up too much background noise even with the window closed. With the window cracked open it over modulates and blurs your speech completely. Couldn't get out of the truck and step to the back of the cab without it disconnecting from my phone. Returned to store for a different headset 4 days after purchase

Product works well and sounds clear when using the ear piece. Once again don't pay best buys price. Saved $40.00 with competitors price and had Best Buy price match. Be a smart shopper, they don't want to lose your business.

I would rate this earpiece about average. Not super impressed. Doesn't fit around ear well. Voice recognition often times doesn't work - example - when a phone call comes in it ask if you want to answer - yes or no. When say no - it still sometimes answers. Yes - sometimes doesn't answer and if you say nothing at all it will answer.

Pros; Easy to use, studier than most Bluetooth head sets because of the wrap around ear design. Cons: doesn't auto connect when coming out of sleep mode

Setting it up to link with a phone was pretty easy, standard stuff for Bluetooth. However this one can also connect by NFC, which is cool, but I wasn't sure how to get that to work. After wearing it for a while I forgot it was there, it's very comfortable. It does a great job at blocking out background noise. I have it 4 only because I couldn't get the NFC to work, bit this is a great product that I would recommend to anyone.

The sound is really good and I like the features. It took a bit for my ear to get used to wearing it. If the shape were a bit more adjustable then it would be more comfortable sooner.

My husband purchased this for me for Christmas. He had heard it had great noise cancellation which was the main reason for the purchase, plus the comfort over the ear. It was very comfortable over the ear, and stayed in place. For that they get a 10, however noise cancellation was lacking. We both tried it on Christmas day with the grandchildren over, figured it was a good time to evaluate it.. It was very irritating for the person on the other end. Took it back to the store. Wish it would have worked though, it was very comfortable to wear.

I've not had very good luck with finding a Bluetooth that works well with my phone. This most recent one I purchased looks very nice, and is comfortable to wear. However, it answers the calls without being prompted, and it does not have a feature which enables you to end the call by pressing the Bluetooth, I have to unlock my call screen and press end each time I end a call, otherwise the line will remain open.

I bought this to pair with me HD VOIP phone system at work. It paired with no issues and gave me a handsfree option with incredibly clear quality. Very happy with how comfortable it is to where for extended periods of time, and the battery has outlasted any other previous BT headsets I have used in the past.

Bought this for talking in the car - too much cabin noise for speaker phone. Works great for this, now everyone can hear me just fine. It's a little hard to get on your ear with one hand, but I'm adjusting. Buttons are logically placed and the headset is very light-weight. This makes it super comfortable and easy to wear during a long drive.

It appears any Bluetooth device I bought from Best Buy recently hasn't been long lasting. They always start out good but after several months of use (heavy use, mind you) they fail. I've had this for almost 2 months before I started getting "disconnect" issues and then most recently my phone won't detect it to try and connect. So 4 months in and it is just sitting here... waiting... and waiting... fully charged too. When it was working the audio quality was superb and the feel was comfortable, although it took a bit of time to adjust to putting it on my ear.
