The design of headset is very defective too. It doesn’t fit in any type of human ear. The hook that they say you to wear, is just to compress your ear so badly that after 5min u simply get busted & throw it far away from any human approach. It is the worst ever design. Dont buy it guys. If they give u free, still then think twice :-)

Hurts Ear

This one sits over my ear and works wonderfully. I work outside doing tractor work and it lasts longer than I would have expected.

Also it could be louder. But over all i would buy it again.

Instruction manual is two useless pages about 2 inches square - no description of features or how to effectively use the headset.

Only negatives are it makes my ear sore if I wear it a long time and sometimes it seems like if my phone connects to my vehicle, it won't auto connect to my headset when I get out of the car.
