The Earpiece is easy to use, simple. Audio quality is very good. It stays charged nicely when in use or on standby. It is a nice item when you need a quick, well working earpiece. It isn't expensive. Nit picks: Not quite as comfy in the ear as the others but fit is good enough. It could be used for a couple hours with no discomfort. The charging port is covered with a rubber piece that's hard to move out of the way. Takes a little practice. It is not a multi function ear piece but for simple talking, it works well. While limited in function, it works better than more expensive Plantronics we tried. That says a lot. Recommended? Yes.

I have a challenging voice. With many Bluetooth headsets, people simply cannot understand me. The Jabra talk 45 has really clear sound, but it does fall a little short in some areas. Still, I can hear others and they can hear me, so it has become my go-to headset for conversations.
Sound is excellent - I can hear well (under normal circumstances, like in my office) and others can hear me. While it blocks some external noise (some wind noise, for example) things like barking dogs come through loud and clear to the other party.
Fit is an issue for me. I have slightly smaller than average ear canals, the Jabra only has one size of silicone tips available, and they're a bit too big for me. So, while I could hear in a quiet environment, I had to put my phone volume on maximum to hear while driving with the convertible top down.
The tips that come with it also come off easily - I lost the first one the same day I bought it, as it came off the headset when I put it in my pocket.
With this said, I ordered a set of OEM replacement tips, and they are much more secure and form a better seal with my ear, even though they appear to be the same size (the material is more pliable on the red replacement tips). With the better fit, I can now hear much more clearly, even in louder environments, and the unit is much more comfortable to wear for longer periods.
Overall, a very good unit that gets a bit better if you spend a few more dollars on the red + black replacement tip set.

Great Compact Headset

This headset has good clarity and volume for both hearing and speaking, plus effectively eliminates unwanted background noises. Good compact design to keep it discrete and easy to store. Only knock it that the ear loop is not the most comfortable, however it does keep the unit in place.

Sound is great but it doesn't fit well on my ear. The ear piece needs to be adjusted to stay on. Plus it is not as comfortable as others I have used. Battery life is not as long as others including the Talk 25.

Hello DeniseD - Thank you for taking the time to post your review of your Jabra Talk 45 headset. We are happy to know that you experience great audio, but it is unfortunate that you cannot find a comfortable, secure fit for the Talk 45. You are correct in that the battery time for the Talk 45 is 6 hours, compared to 8 hours for our Talk 25 model. The Talk 45 adds an additional microphone to reduce background noise while you are on a call. Contact our Support Team if you have any questions. You can find contact information on the Jabra website at https://bit.ly/3DbqyXi and we are always happy to help! Thanks again.

Extra Effort 2 Price Match & Great Little Earpiece

I love this earpiece and had to replace it because I lost my original one. Charging is easy, sound is great, and with the app you can request it to announce your texts in your ear. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to change the volume on the ear piece It's a bit more expensive than some other ear pieces, but it's small, non-obtrusive and very comfortable without the ear piece that goes around the ear. There are 3 ear gels that fit pretty much any ear.
item was priced higher on Best Buy's website but they promise a price match if the item is an exact match to a competitor's website. I did a chat and asked for a price match. They said the item was not an exact match on the site I found but they found another website where it was a match and they dropped the price $20. I appreciated their effort to look elsewhere to find the match.

The price point was good, battery lasts a good workday during this quarantine, took a few to figure out the volume issue on the iPhone and the rubber ear piece tends to fall off sometimes, but the sound is very clear and it is comfortable, no complaints from people on other end about how I sound so it must be good.

I suffer from hearing loss and tinnitus so I need a bluetooth device with some volume. The call volume is good and loud with good sound quality. The rubber ear piece comes of easily and the ear hook doesn't snap in place so you have to be careful not to lose the rubber if you carry it in a shirt pocket when not in use. Although the call volume is very good, the device prompts and caller announcement voice is much too low (if there is any background noise at all you can't hear it). Those are the only reasons I didn't give this device 5 stars. Device is very light and after a little while you don't even notice you are wearing it. For the money spent this is one of the best, if not the best, bluetooth device I have purchased and used. I definitely would recommend this product to friends and family.

This earbud has a quality sound. Music plays through so well that you hear it clearly. This earbud also outstanding for phones calls. The only issue i have with tjis item is it slowly coming apart after 1.75 yesrs. I am so disappointed that purchased a 2 yr warranty and missed taking it by Aug 2023. I kept hoping it will keep working but after the exact 2 year date it stop commincating wgen it is on. If I purchase another one I not sure I will buy this brand

AWESOME BLUETOOTH!!!!

This bluetooth comes with all the bells and whistles. Just to name a few things...Which is important to me is the noise cancellation. It also announces the name of the person calling. It's hands free, you don't have to push any button. On your bluetooth or on your cellphone. Just say, "answer call" or say nothing and the caller gets sent to voicemail. I enjoy not having to go in my phone and look for my music playlist. Now, all I have to do is hit the button twice on the bluetooth and my music starts playing immediately. Also it has a decent sound for listening to your music!!
I rated it at 4 stars because the earpiece is a little uncomfortable. So, I have to adjust the bluetooth a few times. In order to get the right comfort behind my ear.

Good descendant of the Stealth

I purchased this as the closest replacement I could fond for my previous Stealth model. AS with the Stealth it fits well and I am able to wear it without the over the ear loop which is a key ffactor with this earpiece because I find the over the ear loop very inconvenient when putting on or taking off the earpiece.
Voice feedback works well with my Galaxy S8, calls are clear and noise reduction is on par with my previous Stealth or better - when it knows it's noise. I work from home and we have tons of birds singing throughout the day so if I'm outside talking to a client they hear them all as they can hear me. Not a complaint - just an observation.
Suffice it to say I am very happy with the product and I will give a high value rating in anticipation that this will remain as tough and reliable as my Stealth which has a story of it's own I want to share.
After having the stealth for about 3 years I was helping a neighbor move. It was a nasty rainy evening. When I returned home I could not find my earpiece. I went back to my neighbor with a flashlight as it was now dark and looked around his driveway but saw no sign of it.
The next morning I checked again and found it. Based on the scars in the plastic it had been run over by his truck or parked on and the wheel turned because the scars weren't just pavement pock marks but linear scratches that curved, The screen that covered the speaker was a bit out of place but other than that and the deep scratches it held together. It had however laid in a heavy rain overnight and water had obviously made it's way inside .
In the face of futility I took it home, dried it overnight in a bag of rice and put it on the charger expecting sparks or at least a little "poof". All I got was the charging light. 20 minutes later I was using it again.
The call answer/disconnect button was a little wonky sometimes but the darn thing worked. It continued to work for nearly another year when it started to succumb to what I assume was corrosion from the water damage and when I removed the speaker cover a couple of times to see what could be cleaned I eventually pulled looose one of the speaker wires and that was the end of it.
So far the new one is great and from my experience and the similarity in build quality to the Stealth I expect similar performace.

I have both. The Plantronic last longer and is much more comfortable to wear. The Jabra is very painfull to wear after a short time so why do i prefer it. The sound is 1,000% better on the Jabra.

This headset produces good sound and sufficient noise cancellation with an acceptable battery life. The size is nice and small and the build quality seems good. If it had volume control, a case, and a charging stand, it would be perfect.

It's good. Sound wise anyway. It feels weird in my ear. It's not as unnoticeable as I wish it was. Also, it's difficult to get in and dig in my ear with my finger when I'm wearing it. So I end up with more wax in one ear than the other. Like I said, it's got good sound, connects easily and apparently people on the other end of my calls can hear me just fine with it because they keep telling me "You don't have to yell!"

Great headset

The Talk45 replaces the Stealth series in Jabra's lineup. According to Jabra it's the same headset with a new name.
Once you find the right ear-gel the headset just disappears. I don't feel it or think about it until I use it.
The sound quality is great. While not really meant for listening to music, it has a smooth enough frequency response to be listenable. For voice calls the sound is perfect - warm and not harsh or brittle. Not as warm as an AirPod but not piercing like Plantronics.
My voice on the other end I'm told sounds the same as when I just use the phone and clearer than when I use my AirPods.
Noise cancellation is good but not amazing. Most background noise is greatly reduced - nobody knows I'm driving but direct wind, announcements over store speakers, or beeping noises pass through.
Lastly, if you want all black, that's a BestBuy exclusive otherwise it's silver and black.

One thing I was disappointed in there is no volume to turn up or down when I need it like I had on my old bluetooth. The charging port has a flimsy cover over the opening that I am sure will break off before the years end. I wish everything wasn't so cheaply made and cost so much! I guess I'd still recommend unless you want to pay over $100!

Sound quality and sound cancelling is much better than plantronics M95 and M90, Very loud and clear sound. I have had two plantronics bluetooths. Both begain failing just after 13 months, immediately sound quality turned horable. Within days I would slowly have to turn the volume up more and more before it was difficult to hear. I have only had jabra for few weeks, Got the extended warranty, hope it lasts. The ear peices are kind of poor, fall off to easily. I lost one on the first day, although it comes with 4 different styles. Battery last for about 7 hours, charges quite, comes with USB car charger. Does not have volume control on ear peice like plantronics.

Great sound quality on both the sending and receiving end with this unit. Probably one of the best.
Battery life is only a few hours talking so I wish it was a bit bigger. The over ear part is hard plastic so it is uncomfortable. Ended up using it with the piece that holds in internally in my ear. It can be swapped left to right and charges pretty fast. Boo to using the old micro USB in a world of USB C though.
Overall, still a decent unit that has the potential to be great.

So far I really like it. I like that it's light weight you don't feel it in your ear. The sound is very clear.
I don't like it has no control for the volume though this been no issue for me so far I just like having this option on it when i need it. Also I wish that the power button is easier to reach while it's on your ear. In addition it comes with 2 different sizes for the piece that it goes around your ear I wish they included extra,i know with constant use the plastic will snap. With all that been said i would recommend it for the half sale price I bought it. For whole price $100? I would shop for something better.
