It works as it should. The power storage is as spec saying. It has smooth communications with my cellphone. The app has necessary functions I normally need. The charge time is short enough. So I bought a second one.

The Jackary Explorer 1000 is being sold on Best Buy Marketplace. This means it is sold direct through Jackary. Best Buy will not accept returns, exchanges or price matching. And Jackary is a horrible company to deal with if you expect any positive response from them.

Great item and works as it is described. Charged in just over an hour. Ran a crock pot at a tailgate for 4 hours and went down 70%. I would recommend this to everyone

I honesty cannot believe we lived without this Jackery. It is essential when the power goes out. My husband can use his Cpap machine and sleep peacefully. Great while camping too.

With storms getting crazier than they've ever been in recorded history. Trees have been coming down and taking out power for days at a time and this thing has kept my food from spoiling by keeping my refrigerator running for 5 to 6 hours with only an hour of charge time required in between which can be achieved at any local public establishment that does have power. Pair with a solar panel or two and you have a fairly convenient renewable power source that can power most things.

I was very impressed with my first impressions of how good the quality built of this unit was and still is. Very easy to use and not complicated at all. The quality is very exceptional and the value from Best Buy was outstanding! Thank you jackery and thank you Best Buy! PS. When I received it only 2 days later the power went out and it was a lifesaver for me to sleep with my CPAP machine!

Very pleased with my purchase. Product is lite easy for taking to the beach or camping. Long battery life!

I have a bigger Jackery and ordered this one to help out during power outages. Two days after it arrived, power went out. This Jackery was used to run the pellet stove and the entertainment center and it did a great job. We stayed warm and the tv, dish and radio continued thru the outage. Now to work on a way to use the well during outages.

Purchased for portable power. Used only sporadically but charge hasnt decreased beyond what was used.

Took it camping with my two 100watt solar panels.. we could keep all our gear charged with no problem at all. Very impressed. Lasted for 5 days of camping.
