Very easy to use and not complicated at all. The quality is very exceptional and the value from Best Buy was outstanding! Thank you jackery and thank you Best Buy! PS. When I received it only 2 days later the power went out and it was a lifesaver for me to sleep with my CPAP machine!

Trees have been coming down and taking out power for days at a time and this thing has kept my food from spoiling by keeping my refrigerator running for 5 to 6 hours with only an hour of charge time required in between which can be achieved at any local public establishment that does have power. Pair with a solar panel or two and you have a fairly convenient renewable power source that can power most things.

Power outage saver

Two days after it arrived, power went out. This Jackery was used to run the pellet stove and the entertainment center and it did a great job. We stayed warm and the tv, dish and radio continued thru the outage. Now to work on a way to use the well during outages.

It ran a tower fan, lamp, and charged an iPad for 3ish hours. Battery went to 86%. It is expensive, recommend getting it on sale. I paid about $500
