I enjoy using the app, Its not needed, but only improves the situation. The panels are weighted nicely and also seem sturdy. I use it at festivals and it will last for days with heavy use.

It powered my computer/big screen monitor for over 30 hours without needing to be recharged. I'm excited to see what else it will do as I use it more. With the sale Best Buy had and my points I got a steal of a deal as well.

After finally receiving it, i was disappointed to discover - no solar panel. BB refused to send me just the panel. Their physical stores refused to accept main unit for return because of size of battery. I was forced to return the whole unit and wait for a replacement. Another week goes by and the replacement arrives at my house again - NO SOLAR PANEL! This time I'm given no other option but to return the entire order, AGAIN, for a "non-returnable" product. If this is how Best Buy treats their Total Care subscribed customers, then i want none of it. Goodbye forever Best Buy. Figure out how to treat your customers better.
