    The item itself is a 5-star item for $20...a no-brainer if you're a fan of BttF. My ussue is with Best Buy online. Almost guaranteed if you purchase online to pick upvat store it will be a previously opened item that you will pay full price to receive. This has happened 3 times with them now...it's why I don't go to BB much anymore
