Honestly, to me it feels like a cheap rc car for $30 but it seems to work as it should. I can't say anything about the battery life because it wasn't fully charged when my son purchased it and so he only played with it for a short time and it was left sitting (like most of his toys).

Doesnt stay charged very long and doesnt go too fast, which is ok that it's slow since it's for kids. It lasted for a couple days; just dont put too much value on this temporary toy.
