The audio quality is really bad. There's this constant static/crackling sound & everything sounds tinny. I bought it specifically to use for audio conferencing, but the other people on the call could barely hear me. I tried it with multiple devices: 1 computer & 2 phones with consistent results. I emailed the manufacturer asking if there was something I could do to improve it, & they told me no & to just return it. Unfortunately, Best Buy has a really short return window, so now I'm stuck with it.

This speaker is a good product for the money but the problem is that the lowest level of volume it’s to loud during the night time

Not what I expected it to be. Not really a huge fan of these portable speakers, not sure what the craze is all about.

Sadly the pricing was just perfect but where it fell apart was the instructions were worse than ikea instructions nor could i get the power to stay on or synch the bluetooth. I was sadly disappointed but in true best buy fashion, they refunded my purchase so i could move on with another brand speaker that worked well. Thanks to best buy for always having my back.

want to up grade ur sound?this one does it ,very crisp sound ,very good bass without taken over the sound,i think they are on sale NOW AT THE STORE [BEST BUY] RUN VERY HAPPY !! I THINK MY OTHER SPEAKERS WILL BE GATHERING DUST.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE. GO JAM,REALLY
