Great quality for the product but bad fitting keeeps coming off

I've been wanting a true wireless set of ear buds for a long time. I'm glad I waited and I'm glad I got these!! There is no moving around once there in place and the sound is great. I get plenty of charge time and the carrying case is sleek and serves as the charging doc as well. I only issue I can think of is that you have to use your device to advance tracks or adjust volume. I thought that would be a big deal but it really isn't. I love these ear buds and I would buy them again.

These are really great. Love that my bf and I can share the buds while out for a hike. The only issue we had was that the first pair had some sort of charging defect but bestbuy totally made it right for us.

Light weight, clear sound, Comfortable, in conversation with others the sound to the other person tends to fade in and out

I have only had these buds for about a week but so far I am pleased with their performance. Easy to pair and the sound quality is good. They do not have all the functions of my Samsung Gear Icons but they have not lost the connection like the Gear buds had a tendency to do.

they are good headphone but slightly to big for your ears i mean the quality is good and the charger is awesome but it looks big on the ears.

I was looking for earbuds to use with my PC, Laptop, and Home Theater system. All do not have built-in Bluetooth so I have dongles and a Bluetooth receiver for these. A salesman showed me the Live True Wireless earbuds. More than I planned to spend but a cool design. I bought a set. It was a little tricky to pair each with the other for stereo but learned how to make it work. The sound quality was very good. But on the PC with a Bluetooth dongle the sound would fade in/out every few minutes. And sometimes disconnect from Bluetooth and then reconnect a minute or two later. This is not acceptable. I contacted Jam Audio and they told me these will not work with dongles or transmitters. By design they only work with devices that have embedded Bluetooth. Huh? I have returned the Live True earbuds.

I find these wireless earbuds so far have performed as stated in the product description. I'm getting about 3 hours of listening time on a single charge on the earbuds and I've completed 3 charging cycles. The storage unit is supposed to provide about 10 charging cycles when it is fully charged. Since I've charged the earbuds only 3 times, I should have about 7 remaining charges in the storage unit before it has to be recharged. To achieve optimal sound, make sure to place them snugly in your ears. I jog and sweat while wearing them and they stay put. Great sound with good bass.

Great product good base on songs. Truly noise canceling

Love the ear buds. Good sound quality, good fit and easily paired with my iPhone. Sometimes annoying when sound from one earpiece stops if your phone is on one side of your body, but good purchase.

The product sounds amazing, they were easy to pair with my phone and sound great. After about 3 or 4 days of use (on and off) the device has troubles staying on while listening and it would cut in and out. I would have to put them in their charging cradle and let them sit for an hour or so and then they would work again. Kind of disappointing in the end.

These headphones were $100. The first few months they worked fine. The battery life was great and the sound and bass was excellent and noise cancelling. After less than 6 months they went to crap. They started not connecting at all and resetting them didn't make a difference. The sound remained good but it would randomly disconnect and leave my music playing. Sitting in an office with a bunch of 50 year olds and having some loud rap start playing on your phone was not fun, talk about being uncomfortable! I was afraid to use them because i never knew when it would disconnect and start playing on just my phone. Do not spend the money on these. I returned them and got the same pair again, thought maybe it was a bad pair. second pair did it the first day i used them!

The sound comes to really clear easy to answer phone calls on last me just about all night the only thing is I wish it had some way to control the volume besides using the phone

Sounded great and stayed put when I could get them to connect and charge. Connecting wasn't horrible but at the same time more difficult than it should be. I also had charging issues especially with the right one. I ended up returning them, got the airpods. The airpods just work so much better but I did prefer the noise isolation of the ultras much better.

Good product especially for the price and compared to other similar products. Sounds is really good and loud. Only issue is sometimes connectivity is funny and it takes some time to get it right.

Yes, like other reviews I do have them one of them drop the audio once in a while. but they come back in a few seconds. The Battery lasts a good long time and i like the sound they produce.

Easy connectivity to my iPhone 7, love using when at work and at gym. Very comfortable to wear and charging carrying case is very convenient.

They fall out of the ears at times. But the sound quality is excellent and I like the case because it charges your earbuds.
