Overall the headphones are just okay. I have to use them hard wired now as the Bluetooth capability broke almost 2 weeks after purchase. Contacted the company and all they told me to do was return to buyer and ask for replacement. Horrible customer service to boot. DON'T BUY

Awful quality headphones, you definately get what you pay for.

Bought some simple Bluetooth headphones. Couldn't get them to connect to my phone. Neither could the salesman. He sent me over to another person. She eventually could do it, more with my help than hers lol. Left the store wearing them and making a call. The call was dropped. Oh well. Got in my car and made another call. Started the engine, call dropped. Turned off the engine, went back in the store, and returned the headphones. What's that saying about old time simple products being well made? Houses and buildings, furniture, and headphones.

Noise cancellation switch should be dubbed "noise creation" because when turned on the headphones emit a shrill feedback-type noise that hurts your ears--very disappointing.

I purchased these headphones to workout in. But I am having the hardest time turning the headphones on. It takes numerous attempts. Completely disappointed.

These were not what I expected. Noise cancelling only seemed to muffle the music not block background noise.

Not the best I've ever had. But definitely works. Had few issues with connecting.

Right headphone failed in first month. Then pairing began to fail and had problems linking via Bluetooth. Returned for replacement and could not get second unit to link either.

Directions about attaching it to the TV are unclear. Even my engineer son-in-law couldn't figure it out. Will be returning it as soon as I return to the town where I bought it.

Headphones where broken in the package when I opened them. Very poor quality product. I wouldn’t recommend that anyone waste their money on these

Headphones aren't for an audiophile. Sound quality just not there which probably explains the price.

These are great headphones for the price, they have decent noise canceling abilities but they are super uncomfortable on your ears since the pads don't cover your ears but sit on them like your regular padded 5$ headphones. They would be all -alround unbeatable if the manufacturer made the ear compartment larger like the bose, sony or beats, but you get was you pay for. Great sound but your ears will hurt pressure wise after a few minutes especially if your a glasses wearer.
