Speaker is small but mighty. Used in the house mostly while I cook, clean or entertain. Also used while doing yard work (short distance). Light weight & simple to pair. It will be great for when I travel & stay in hotels. Wish they had a carrying case for it. Oh well... Fully charged battery life is accurate. Thanks JAM!

For the price I thought it would be small but surprisingly it is a good size, palm of a hand. I am 5.3 tall . Fits great in my desk, sound is crisp no trouble pairing it to my laptop nor cellphone,. The only thing is a loud voice that tells you "power on" "ready to pair" "it is pair" "power off" I find it kind of annoying but other than that it is well constructed, have a nice modern design, automatically the power goes off when lack of activity. That is a great feature. It helps save battery.

I'm very pleased with this portable Jam speaker despite having a few technical issues at the start. The speaker is packaged nicely, but claims on the official packaging that it's fully charged and ready for use out the box. Assuming this was true, I spent time pushing and pushing the power button waiting for some type of response. I attempted to charge the speaker, and once plugged in a red notification light can be see through the front grill. I charged the speaker for a few hours but still it wouldn't power on. Finally, after switching chargers and USB cords, I was able to power it on. By pressing and holding the power button the speaker immediately went into pairing mode, and from there voice prompts, direct from the speaker guide the the way. The voice prompts are part of what make this speaker special. There's some nifty technology at work inside the speaker that makes using the speaker easier than traditional BT sound devices. I love that the speaker powers off, and announces when it is shutting down, after 10-15 minutes of no usage. Being waterproof allows me to keep a speaker near the shower, and most importantly the volume can get loud without losing clarity. For the sale price you definitely are getting a quality product for a great deal. I would have given 6 stars but Jam reserves the right to change the product's image from what was advertised on Best Buy. So the black speaker I was expecting turned out to be a light shade of gray.

It is a very good portable and bluetooth speaker. It can also be easily connected to PCs and Laptops with drivers installed automatically once you connect it. Extra aux cable make it more flexible to connect anywhere

Works great for the price. Not the loudest or best quality speaker but is great for a portable small bluetooth speaker to carry around wherever you go.

I bought this for my young daughter to use with our iPad. It pairs quickly every time you cut it on. Its relatively loud although it doesn't have a lot of bass. The price was right, its light enough for her to carry around, and holds a decent charge. Its good enough for my needs.

I didn't know I needed this till I saw it on the Deal of the Day. WOW, what a Great speaker ! Turns on and pairs with One touch. Has a speaker in the front and a bass in the back and puts out fantastic sound. Not as high I as would like, but wouldn't expect more for the price.

This speaker has great sound. Easy to setup and pair. It arrived charged and ready for use. Actually this is our 2nd Thrill speaker. We purchased the 1st one and liked it so we got another. We never had a portable speaker before so we didn't know what to expect. Very happy with our choice. We were fortunate to get both on sale and that's why we tried it and bought another.

I bought this on a sale for less than half of retail on a "Deal of the Day". The sound quality is good lacking a little in bass response. The best thing that I can think about this speaker is that it is waterproof and you can use it in family parties, pool parties, and even at the beach. As well the speaker will play for about 5 hours at medium volume on a charge. Overall this is a great speaker at under $25, an OK speaker at $50. But don't buy unless its under $50

I bought the speaker for a very good price and was surprised at the value for the money. It is small, but powerful. The sound quality is good. I was surprised that it had voice prompts included when the device is turned on or off. The cable for recharging the speaker is very short and you will need the adapter piece to connect to the chord, but overall it is a good value for the sale price that I purchased it at.

Great sound, easy to use, and good battery life. I wish i would have purchased two.

This speaker is great use it at work, great range powers off when out of range more then a few minutes, so saves battery, loud and got it for $20 on a deal of the day

The speaker sounds great, it would get more stars but my unit's touch sensitive buttons were broken. I did not test the speaker at a high volume but it sounded great at the level it was stuck on. The bass is adequate enough and there's is little to no background noise when paired by Bluetooth.

This portable Bluetooth speaker offers a really good sound quality for the money. I have not used it for an extensive period of time, but so far it is performing as advertised. The battery lasts for at least a few hours before needing a new charge (I have yet to drain it completely).

Battery was totally dead on arrival. However, once charged the unit connected up easily to my cell phone blu tooth and played quite nicely. Sound quality is not bad and the volume is adequate for indoors.Have not as of yet tried outdoors. Price was very good.

Had a small blue tooth speaker I used with my cell phone, but I have to wear hearing aids and without them on, I couldn't turn it loud enough to hear. This one I can. It has a great little sound. I can use it to hear a person on the phone, to hear what is being said on movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and tv! I can also listen so much better to music on my cell. I really am very happy with it. Great price on Deal of the Day. I tell everybody I know about getting on DOTD! This speaker is one of the great buys!

At this price point of under 20 bucks you can't go wrong with this speaker. I bought 2. I use it at work and it sounds great. We use the other at home and everyone connects to it with no issues.

Very portable , long lasting battery for a clear and loud speaker

The Jam speakers were delivered in a neat plastic sleeve. They were fully charged and linked to an ipad mini without any problem. We have had them for at least a month, they stay charged for quite some time, put out good quality sound and shut off when bluetooth transmission ends. There is a vocal power on/power off announcement. Nice speakers for the price.
