The quality was not really good there was a lot of background noise making it through. I wanted them for the office but I ended up returning them.

I returned this product because it (1) either was defective or (2) was too difficult to work operatively with bluetooth on laptop. I would not recommend purchasing this. Go forth and spend $ on a time-tested device.s

These were not comfortable at all and the sound was very hollow. Maybe I got a bad pair but would not recommend at all.

I don't know much about noise-cancelling headphones, having only listened to Beats and such on display. I never wanted to pay more than $100, for headphones, but for any active noise-cancelling headphones, that's nearly impossible. For the noise-cancelling feature I decided to pay the extra $30, hoping it will help with studying and plane travel. While I have not yet brought them on a plane, they appear to work well with daily ambient noise within my home.
The other feature I was determined to have was the wireless bluetooth feature, and that works great. Now I can set my iPhone down and dance alone in my room without worrying about getting tangled in chords or pulling it out of the jack. (Not joking.) Being able to adjust volume and change the song on the headphones themselves is also a great perk.
The sound I would rate about 4/5, but like I said, I don't have much knowledge on higher priced headphones. If I close my eyes, it's not like I feel like I'm sitting in a concert hall or anything. Maybe I have too high of expectations? But don't get me wrong - they're GOOD, just not AMAZING.
They seem pretty durable, but how they collapse makes me nervous; I'm afraid that they'll break with too much use. I might be paranoid because the first pair I bought, one earpiece was much quieter than the other (I exchanged them without a problem). After that, I got the Best Buy 2-year replacement warranty, just in case.
As for the appearance, most over-the-ear headphones look stupid on anyway. These are no exception; they're bulky and not very trendy, but I don't care too much.
OVERALL, despite the disputable sound quality, if you want both active noise-control and no wires, but don't want to pay upwards of $200, buy these! For those specifications, they're probably the best and cheapest.

Just got my jams transit city headphones in the mail and I have to say I'm pleasantly suprised how nice these things are. I was somewhat sceptical on getting them because I have never used jams and there wasn't many reviews yet but decided to take the chance and I'm glad I did. They are made of plastic but it's really high quality I have no problems with them staying on my head or them being uncomfortable. As it is the cushion over your ears blocks out some noise but there's a button you push to activate noise cancelation. On the side you have your basic Bluetooth headphones controls (volume up/down, play/pause, and skip forward/backward) I had no problems syncing It up to my note 4. They fold up and it comes with a bag to put them in which is a nice touch. Overall I'm pretty impressed with these and would definitely recommend to a friend or anyone looking for a quality product without spending all your money.

I was in need of some noise canceling phones for work to drown out some of the noise around me.
I was skeptical about them based on the price and my inexperience with Jams. The sound quality, however was surprisingly good for the price. Fairly balanced mids, decent high end (a big surprise) with some warmth. The low mids are a little pronounced but easily EQed.
Noise canceling is adequate. Not overly aggressive but enough for office work. At this exact moment my window is open and my neighbor is power washing. I can kind of hear it with no music and don't notice it at all once the music starts.
They're lightweight with nice soft ear cups. Good clamping force and seem to be sturdy. You can't tell from the photo, but they fold up and come with a nice soft case

i always wait a while before I give a review of a product, this way it's a little more of an actual review rather than a first impression. I've had these about a week now and I'll admit the sound was great and they were pretty comfortable, and I enjoyed the noise cancellation. however as this is the first time I've ever spent over 100$ on phones I babied them and expected them to last for at least a few years maybe even longer. sadly after a week of light usage the left speaker was suddenly making a loud clicking noise and full of static, I turned the music off and I still heard static. It has to be the noise canceling, needless to say I'm disappointed, to have an issue this soon out of the box tells me I should have just gone with the more popular brands like Bose or beats and spent the extra money, sorry jam headphones were not worth it.

Broke after three months and CAN'T GET SUPPORT

Was initially pretty happy with these - good sound, a little too biased, but good overall. Fairly solid connectivity, and the noise canceling worked well (I travel a lot and it helped a ton with airplane noise).
HOWEVER - after treating them tenderly for about three months, the arm snapped at the hinge on my last flight. Good thing they have a one-year warranty, right? WRONG. Emailed them 3 or 4 times and have had no response. None. Nada. Radio silence (just like the headphones). Would never buy this garbage again, do not make the mistake I made. Get some Beats or Bose (or Parrots).

Sound quality was OK but serious mechanical design flaws. Both plastic hinges broke. I was able to glue the left side but when the right side broke few month later, the flat flex cable that goes through the hinges also broke, and the left speaker stopped working.
