Device stopped charging after 4 days of use and was no longer working. Awkward to just have hanging around the neck with no way to secure. Had to constantly check to make sure it was still there.

What a waste. Worked just fine for a little over a month then would go dead during workout and now will not hold a charge at all. Junk

You get what you pay for with these things. They turn to pure static if your phone is more than a foot from your head. Total garbage.

Horrible headsets. They disconnected from Bluetooth often and didn't fit comfortably.

Great earbuds for a low price

The only thing I don't like about my iphone 7 is that lack of headphone jack. I knew I'd have to get bluetooth earbuds eventually. Once I finally decided to do so, I picked these out on a whim, mostly because they were the cheapest ones. I tend to lose things easily so I didn't want to spend $100 on something that was easy to misplace. So far I've had these about 3 weeks and they work very well. I use them to listen to music/movies at work. They last all day and don't require a lot of charging. The connection/signal works quite well. I rarely have to reconnect while using. Lightweight and comfortable. I haven't used the plastic piece to wrap around the ears, just the actual buds themselves stay in fine. Would buy again

    Low-Cost "good enough" option

These headphones are a good value purchase for $29. I needed ear buds for my walks and for working out - specifically ones that clip over the ear. I was not willing to fork over $150+ for ear buds, as I consider ear buds to be almost disposable based on the abuse they go through. I was not disappointed as I did not want concert quality sound - I wanted "good enough" sound. I also wanted comfort and some degree of sweat/water resistance. These fit the bill. These also have a decent mic for answering calls. I have not had the dropouts and connection issues that others have experienced. Frankly, the Bluetooth connection on my iPhone 6 plus is fairly flaky on its own with my other Bluetooth devices, so this performed no different than anything else. Once connected, they stayed connected. I also have yet to hear a set of ear buds that blow me away from a sound perspective. These sound the same as every other "in-ear" pair - push them in deeper for more bass until they slip a little, then push them in again - otherwise just deal with a little less bass. Bottom line - if you are looking for "good enough" sound, and you are not expecting to get audiophile quality with ear buds, then I do not believe these will disappoint. The price point makes this a low risk option.

I have used an earlier version of these headphones. This version has buttons that are easier to push during playback. the sound is decent , but not a lot of bass. Great for the gym

    Not Great

This fits well and has good sound for the money. The big problem is that the Bluetooth connection is very poor. My phone is right next to me while I do sit ups and the sound keeps going in and out. It states that it works up to 30 feet. Well, that's not true it has issues one foot away!

    Don't buy it

My headphones lasted exactly 30 days (and were used maybe a dozen times). On the 30th day, the volume buttons physically stopped working. First the volume + button broke, so in playing with it I managed to minimize the volume leaving the headphones pretty much worthless. Then the - button broke pretty quickly after (I'm guessing the spring under both the + and - snapped because they quit bouncing back up). I thought I could exchange them, but was just notified by the Best Buy customer service rep that Best Buy only allows 15 days for exchanges/returns unless YOU PAY for their Geek Squad warranty, so now they are complete waste of money. Replacement pair (different brand of course) will be purchased at a different retailer with a reasonable return/exchange policy.

    Not happy

I bought them on a whim cause the other models from this brand had pretty good reviews. The clips are not the easiest to put around the ear. the buds also did not stay in my ear well. The clips also feel like they will break easy The biggest problem I had was that within 30 seconds of having them on I already had static and the connection dropped. I will be returning them as soon as possible.

Can’t walk 2 feet away from iPhone and the music starts to crackle and fade in and out. Had a pair of the Jam Transits and they didn’t do that until the week before they died. Probably going to spend up and get a better solution. Also they don’t sit in ear like the last pair did....angle is off and don’t get the full music play. Have to continually adjust volume. If I could give zero stars for this I would.

    Spotify stutters

I initially got these for the price but noticed problems from the first use. The sound would stutter when I had Spotify playing. Thought it was just the Bluetooth connectivity with my Samsung s6. Used it a few days but realized I needed longer battery life. Decided to exchange them for some Beats and there were no issues with spotify stuttering. You definitely get what you pay for.
