It’s a good speaker

Nice speaker for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although the speaker sounds nice when it is hanging from something; anytime it is laying or one side is blocked the sound is muffled. Because we bought it mainly for the beach and don't keep the volume too loud it worked fine. We did try to hang it from a cable on our bike handle bars and as soon as we hit a bump the clip loosened and it fell off. Would not recommend it for bike rides like it says in the description. On the pro side, it did keep working after the fall.

Not that loud

Couldn't change the language with the provided instruction on either one( I bought two) other than that I'm sure it it's rugged and only water proof when port covers tightly close so don't have an accident while it's connected.

However, at its maximum volume, it is not loud enough at more than 8 feet distance or so, especially with any background noise. It did not fill my intended needs. Bough a larger wireless rechargeable Brookstone speaker unit which more suited my requirements. Did not test water resistant feature.
