I remembered this movie from my childhood. We actually watched it in grammar school. I remembered enjoying it and wanted my children to experience it. They LOVED it just as I did growing up. Still as good now was it was then! Great add to our collection.

Okay...from my adult perspective, I was not a big fan of this movie. However, my youngest son read the book first (in school) and so he was already a fan of the story. He loves the movie!! I'm not a big fan of the type of animation.

James & the Giant Peach is an adaptation of a kid's book writer, Roald Dahl, who also wrote Charlie and the chocolate factory & Matilda. Later, both were movies. It's a fun adventure , when the mistreated boy becomes the hero & finally happy at the end. Loads of talking insects, each with their own personalities & love for James.

Good product and a the going price across most stores. Good thing was that Best Buy had the TV in stock. My only complaint was how difficult it was to get someone to answer the phone at the store.

This holds up pretty well considering it's age. It came out around the same time as The Nightmare Before Christmas, right after I think. So it has the same look - it's stop motion photography, tedious to do. There is a weird mixture of live actors with the stop motion characters. Fun movie especially if you're a fan of Roald Dahl's work.

I remember when I was younger reading this book with my youngest daughter. I enjoyed it -so when I saw the movie I grabbed it for her 2 daughters. And to my amazement the 5 year old has watched it 3 times since I purchased. It is alittle strange in some ways but very entertaining!

James and the Giant Peach is well-crafted, and aside from a single use of the word “a–” and a couple of short “scary” sequences, James is ripe entertainment and provides succulent lessons in courage, loneliness, friendship, loss, tenacity and the struggle to make dreams come true.

My family and I have been searching and searching for this movie. Finally Best Buy comes through with a great price, quick shipping and excellent costumer service from start to finish! Thank you Best Buy!

I remember seeing this as a child and thought back fondly on it but I had forgotten quite a bit of it. I think it is typical Tim Burton movie which I love the stop motion. Roald Dahl stories are timeless and this movie is great

My oldest daughter loves this story. She read the book in grade school. She’s a mother now so I brought it to watch with my granddaughter who also is very fond of it.

There are great variety of audio products, like speakers, headphones and the service is very good, I m satisfied every time I'm there, I highly recomend that store.

LOVE this movie. Glad to get it at a great price at Best Buy with free shipping! I do hate that Disney does not include the digital copy unless you buy the 3D combo packs now. :( No matter, still a great movie at a great price!

This us a great adaptation of the story. This is a classic tale and a wonderful telling of a touching story.

I loved this movie as a kid. Parts of it look a little off in the live action scenes but it has aged pretty well actually, a great animated feature!

Purchased for my wife's Disney Movies Collection. My wife started this collection back in 1972. She would also kill me if I do not make all our Movie purchases at Best Buy.

James goes into a giant peach where he embarks on a journey to New York City with critter friends. The film is a nice companion piece to Henry Selick's The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Finally after many attempts to find this movie from my childhood, bestbuy had the blu ray on the shelf and it was the last one. My kids will grow up on this movie too.

One great movie. I am glad I saw it since I am a major collector and happy to add to my collection with great sound and picture.

This movie is as humorous as the book. I suggest to read the book before watching the movie.

This is a must have movie for any collector and many 90's babies will remember this from the childhood days. Great movie that everyone should see at least once.
