Works as advertised. You shouldn’t be expecting much in terms of pure audio quality with a device like this but it did work better than I expected. Easy to use and came with an adhesive to mount the module on a dash. I leave it in my armrest storage and, if I use a proper frequency, I get very little radio distortion even though it’s not prominently displayed. Charges my iPhone and my software has yet to advise that the accessory may not work properly (iOS 11.0.3). Five stars for functionality, three for price. Four stars.

It does exactly what it's designed to do. Just keep in mind that the signal will never be as clean as using a cassette adapter or an auxilliary input. The clarity will depend on how strong the FM stations are around you and other landscape interruptions (i.e.: big buildings, other electronic signals, etc.). Wish it was a tad cheaper though.

Have only had one issue in 30 days and for some reason it wouldn't connect to any station on our radio for about 4 days. Was going to take it back to the store and thought we'd try it again and it worked and has worked properly since.

Very good FM transmitter strength. This product overcomes static issues that I have had with other similar products. Also this product does a fine job as a car charger for your iPhone.

The sound quality that comes through isn't the greatest, no matter which channel you switch it to. Personally I don't think it's worth the money (cost me around $80). But it will work if you don't have any other way to play your own music.

I highly recommend this! If you are like me and have an 06 Ford Fusion that claims to have an AUX port, but was never even added to the car (according to the Ford rep). This works great with a crisp, clear sound most of the time.
I purchased this as a replacement for the Accessory Power GOgroove - FlexSMART X2 - Bluetooth hands-free / FM transmitter / charger ($50). I had had it for about 3-4 years and it almost always had a terrible sounds even after changing stations. It was very poorly made considering that when I went to take it out of the car port... it fell apart right there in my hands! -_-
My only complaint about this transmitter (which I believe is an iPhone thing), is that even if you plug it in to charge, it automatically starts the music app. If you double click on the iPhone to close out the app, nothing appearsopen, but yet music is playing. (Of course, after manually opening the app, you can see the music playing and close it from there).

I've purchased similar products, but the signal was insufficient. You would have to crank up the volume to hear anything at a decent level. That is definitely NOT the case here. Plug it in, attach my phone and it plays without any undo static or bleed over. The signal strength is excellent. The one negative I might have with it is the plug not as snug as it could be.

I hate the look of this product. It is a little flimsy but it works well. All functions have been working as well. More on the expensive side but it accomplished everything.

Easy to hook this unit up. I'm just not impressed with the quality of music that comes out of my speakers. I will probably purchase something I can wire into my system for better quality sound,

I don’t have an AV jack for my car that I can plug in my phone and be able to listen to my music so I usually stick to the radio. But, when I go on road trips, I for sure want to listen to my own music instead of the radio. This item gives me the ability to listen to my music especially on road trips. It is such an easy item to use. You just plug it in and then find the best radio station which it will tell you and then just hit play. This item also charges your phone which I thought was a nice bonus. I would hands down recommend this item if you want to play your music but do not have an AV jack to plug into like myself. I know my review sounds like an infomercial but I promise I am a real person who loves this product.

I drive an older vehicle that does not have an Aux or USB port. In order to stream my music from my phone or iPod I needed to find a device that could Bridge this gap. From the moment I took it out of the package it took me less than 30 seconds to skim the directions plug in the device and tune my phone so my music was playing over my speakers. I have had it for over a month now with minimal service issues (feedback from other radio stations). The only improvement I would recommend is to make the cord more durable. I plug and unplug my phone up to 20 times a day because I am a real estate agent and I am constantly in and out of my vehicle. The base of the cord where it plugs into your phone is starting to split. I like the fact that your phone charges while you are listening to music in your vehicle instead of draining your battery.

This FM transmitter for iPhone and other iProducts using the lightning connector is expensive at $80 in my opinion, but it has some cool features. The charging feature is nice, which you don't get with a transmitter that uses the 35mm jack, obviously, but the outlet plug does get a little bit hot. The dTECT feature that finds an open FM frequency automatically for you is really cool.
