    Had this on VHS but the VCR quite working, so purchased the DVD. Great workout since it includes upper and lower body and cardio. You can do the entire workout or split to 2 sessions.

    This workout DVD offers upper body, cardio/dance, and lower body workouts that can be done all in one session, or you can choose to do them in parts. The time varies for each part. Part 2 (Cardio/Dance) is the longest at 30 minutes. The only issue with this DVD is the sound. It cuts out at the beginning, in the intro of the DVD, and then comes back on somewhere during Part 2. Subtitles are available, though, so that helps! It is a nice, challenging workout!

    I have always loved Jane Fonda's workouts on VHS. I was so glad I could find them is DVD. They are even better than the one I already had. Great product.

    I love the old exercise programs where you received cardio and muscle workouts. I'm so glad that Jane Fonda's workouts are back on DVDs. I have had very good luck staying with her program.
