    I've been doing this exercise routine since 1986. It is the ONLY exercise video I have ever been able to stick with. I needed a hip replacement for many years and yet still was able to continue to do this workout. Now even better post op! Have worn out a couple of VHS and home made DVDs. Now I am thrilled to pieces to be able to get an actual official copy on DVD. I know this routine by heart and usually have my back turned away from the tv when I do it (so I can look out the window) but still like to have it on in case I get out of step. I love it so much I ignore the occasional snide "I fooled you" comments. Jane sure put out a winner here, though in my opinion!!
