I used to work out to this video years ago and it worked then hopefully it will work again.

I thought I was getting a workout video that’s easy and low impact to use on those days I need a break. Boy was I wrong! It really kicked my butt! There are two levels. Beginner and advanced. Even the beginner workout really gave a a good work out!

I used this video in the 80s . Since COVID I decided it would be better to exercise at home so I got this for motivation. Haven't used it yet since the weather Is still nice enough for bike riding and walking...but I'm sure I'll need it this winter.

I had this exercise workout in the 80’s as a laser disk. I used it daily. I am so happy to have this excellent program again. It has a beginner and advanced program that really works!

The best of the best if you want a total workout...takes time to become accustomed to the exercises but when you do it will prove a good workout

Used to love Jane Fonda workouts. Bought for nostalgia more than anything. As good as I remember!

Jane Fonda's revised DVD is excellent. You have to love the leg warmers - brings back memories but seriously, the workout is helpful for me. It's not too long, I feel the workout without it draining all of my energy.

It was great to be able to order a DVD of Jane Fonda's workout. Came in handy with all the downtime during Covid. A great workout.

I love the workout. The audio works on the intro but not during the actual workout.
