    Movie is pretty decent. A lot of action and good plot. However, if you want to see realistic Marines forget it! You will never see a Marine with a full growth of beard and long hair. Especially in front of an officer. The Marine uniform is really bad. The 4 star general also has the enlisted stripes of a Gunnery Sergeant. Also, 4 stars would be the Commandant of the Marine Corps an he would normally be assigned the the White House and not in the field unless visiting his troops. Lastly, Marines will not wear the Maine Eagle, Globe an Anchor (EGA) on their Khaki shirts. Except for the Marines, not a bad movie. Would recommend to a friend (not a fellow Marine).

    My wife and I were able to see this movie in our local movie theater and were happy we were able to purchase it at a good price from BestBuy and really enjoyed watching it and we are looking forward to watching it as often as we want.

    Not as good as the original movie jarhead but it was a much better film than I thought it would be, I liked it!

    For not knowing any of the actors and not expecting much this was a very good movie. Good plot and action.

    The move is one we’d seen on cable multiple times & wanted to add it to our Blu-ray collection. Unfortunately the sound quality is so terrible we threw the movie out. We have a excellent sound system in our house & 5th wheel as we travel a lot & was very disappointed. NOT Best Buy’s fault & since we don’t live near any stores it wasn’t worth driving to return it.
