I often buy bluetooth to try out as I am a regular Cyclyst. I pedal 3-4 times weekly. These keep slipping off and their attachment doesn't help. They broke off easily. I called their warranty department and they are sucks! The told me to buy other silicon ear peaces to replace or buy other earbud from them. Horrible customer service.

After only three months of ownership, battery life is spotty. I charge it for an hour and a half, sometimes I get the full five hours of promised battery life, but there are several instances where it indicates a full charge, then gives me twenty minutes of full charge.
More importantly, it's manufactured so badly that if the device gets jostled at all, it shuts off. The cables that go into the control (the part with the mic and all the buttons) are so loosely fitted into place that they short the thing out constantly. Just this morning, it shorted out and turned off five times in ten minutes. I should've known better than to spend only $40 on a piece of electronics, but I thought maybe the cost of technology had finally dropped. Nope: you get what you pay for. For $40, you get something that's going to have to be replaced in three months or less.
